Westville Hotel

Our three-night stay at the Westville was superb, the staff were very friendly but professional and it was obvious that they cared very much about doing the upmost for their guests. At reception and at the bar, staff were keen to give helpful advice on local dining places and taxi firms with one of the receptionists using her own mobile to book us a return cab because she had problems with the hotel line. You will enjoy the food at the Westville, it is simple fayre with a big enough selection cooked to perfection with large portions (beware of getting a starter; you may not finish your main meal lol). The breakfast I have to admit was the best we have ever had anywhere at any time, the choice is amazing and is cooked for you there and then and brought to your table after a short wait. Our room was spacious with a huge bed and large bathroom and very clean. The location couldn’t be better, just far enough from the main street to be quiet but having the town centre within a short walk. We had such a lovely time at the Westville that after our first night we down to reception and booked another three nights a month later.

The apps on the tv did not work. The internet was done so we couldn’t use Netflix or anything. I am pregnant so would have been nice to chill at night after a long day. But the lady at reception wasn’t very helpful when we rang down. Just said it was working on her own phone and that never been asked that before. Said she would get the VIP code but never came Back to us. Was just a little disappointed at that. But the other lady at reception when we checked out was lovely

The double room was large with what must have been a king size bed. The mattress was very comfortable making for a good sleep. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The food and drink was really good. The receptionist and woman that done the breakfast room were some of the best hotel staff we had ever met

Showers need to be upgraded as they don't seem to be electric. Shower went from warm to cold to very hot a couple of times

Westville Hotel is a lovely hotel within walking distance of the centre of Enniskillen. Checkin was easy and the room was large and comfortable, with a huge bed. Tea and coffee facilities are available. Breakfast was in the restaurant and was absolutely delicious. Breakfast is ordered at the table and cooked to order. The pancakes were to die for!! Cereal, pastries and toast were also available. The location of the hotel was excellent - only 5 minutes walk to the centre of town where there are many eateries and pubs, however, you need to take care when crossing the road as the junction is very busy during the day. Everyone was very friendly. There were supermarkets and a shopping mall close to the hotel, too. The hotel had a large bar with TVs, and it also served food in the evening but we didn't eat there. There is plenty to do in Enniskillen but we just used it as a base, and visited the Belleek Pottery and then went for a drive around Donegal.

Breakfast was great, self service for cereals etc but cooked breakfast served at your table. Our room was large, we got a walk in shower as requested when booking. Everywhere was very clean and the staff were very friendly & helpful. We had dinner on the first night and both enjoyed our meals a lot. Although, a member of staff told us 5ge menu & wine list will be changed sometime in August 2022.

Would have preferred the dining room separate from the bar. If we went to the bar for a drink we were sitting among people having a meal and vice versa.

I loved the location, the easy parking, the enormous and comfortable bed and the friendly and helpful staff. I also had a delicious meal in the bar and it was perfect.

The only tiny gripe is a personal one. I prefer showers that have a nozzle with a lead that I can control as opposed to a fixed nozzle. I’m short so the water seems to be coming from miles away on a fixed nozzle. But the shower was excellent regardless.

Location is great and staff was incredibly helpful upon checkin with directions and restaurant recommendations. Bar staff was also terrific - we appreciated that they kept the bar open as long as there were drinkers. Room was clean and large.

We froze the first night because the radiators were putting out almost no heat. Additonal complaint was that we had to ask three times for toilet paper.

Just back from this great hotel. Took my partner there for his birthday. What made it so special was Anna who I had dealt with by phone had put in balloons and a lovely plate with happy Birthday on it with strawberry's and little treats as well. Plus happy Birthday banners. I also think Kelly helped with this. So a massive thank you to you both. You made my partner so happy. Not sure if anyone else's name but the young man Johnny who was the bar manager I think made us feel so welcome. Can't rate the staff highly enough. You all made our stay a pleasure.

Loved everything about this great hotel and it's so central.

Gorgeous very newly decorated hotel. Great location. We were upgraded to a suite for free which was lovely. Dressing gown, slippers, bottled water and a coffee machine in the room were a lovely touch. One of the nicest hotel breakfasts we've had with a great variety to choose from.

We missed having a leaflet of some kind in the room stating breakfast times, check out time etc. Also the Internet didn't work on the tv.

Nice quiet hotel, food excellent. Entertainment on Saturday night if you wanted to sit around the hotel but a lot of bars up the street also. Very central for shopping. A lot of tourists attractions nearby like Marble Arch caves etc. Great hotel & will return.
