The hotel was lovely and modern, the rooms were clean and for the price it was amazing value. Staff were also very polite and welcoming and the breakfast counter was lovely considering it was free! We had a lovely stay☺️

There is nothing bad to say about the hotel itself but the location was definitely a huge let down. Every shop and restaurant in the town was closed the day we arrived due to a dispersal order from the police, this obviously made a huge impact on our stay but was no fault to the hotels! There is however no parking and the car park near the hotel had people drinking in it and I really didn’t feel comfortable leaving my car in there. The guest entrance to the hotel is also down a dingy side road and there were often groups of men drinking at the entrance and felt uncomfortable walking through these with my son at times. But once inside no problems and unfortunately the hotel can’t do much about the environment around it!

We were contacted by the hotel asking what time we would arrive. As we were running late, we were given out of hours check-in details. Everything was explained really well, and we found our room with no issues. The room was spotless and perfectly presented. The room includes modern touches such as mood lighting (which I loved) and a large television. The bed was a good size and very comfortable.

The floors were very creaky, which I guess is down to it being an old building. The bathroom door was stiff. The windows are single glazed, so there is a lot of nightlife noise coming from outside. However, this is easily sorted with earplugs!

Perfectely located for my needs. Staff are incredibly lovely, engaging and welcoming. Smooth check-in. Communal areas downstors for the self service continental breakfast are modern, fresh and clean. Rooms are spacious, well thought and clean. Perfectly quiet too, was not disturbed once by outside noises, or from other guests, which is amazing. Great shower, comfortable bed. Half the price of where I have more often stayed, but The Stanley has proved far better.. I am going home feeling well rested, and already looking at dates for my next stay.

Nathan behind the counter was very nice, helped us with recommendations in the area, and was an overall nice guy. The room was clean and fresh. We loved the customisable LED colour strips too.

The only issue we had was minor, and definitely a personal preference. But when we walked in, the room was so hot. It wasn't hot outside either so this was strange to us. There was an extractor fan/vent outside the balcony so we couldn't open the window to cool the room down as this was loud and smelly.

Very modern and gorgeous rooms ! complimentary small breakfast bits such a nice touch and overall such a great stay. Great staff and easy car parks to park close by.

Everything including the room was great however we must have been unfortunate in the room we got had some sort of extractor fan outside which meant we couldn’t have the window open as it was so loud and resulted in the room being so hot. But this was just unlucky and the Stanley hotel Is a great place to stay and great value for money

Not a usual hotel. Self contained bedrooms with good designs, well apportioned, good sized bed, large screen TV, warm, clean, tidy. Great shower room with purple night light. Good breakfast bar. Good Italian restaurant nearby.

The window blind didn't completely block out the light; the smoke detector had a glow at night which some may find disruptive to sleep.

The location is in the centre of town which is fantastic , however this does have drawbacks with the noise levels at night. There are numerous restaurants, take aways and food supermarkets within walking distance.The central bus station is 4 mins walk and the rail station 8 mins walk. Breakfast is a help yourself which is well stocked. A great hotel , shame about the noise.

Location good for my needs, close to shops and places to eat. Staff friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast available lots of choice. Will be staying there again next year.

Nothing much to moan about, perhaps add a safety mat in the shower, add some instructions explaining how things work, the lighting, hob, fans etc. I couldn't work out how the fan in the bathroom worked ,so bathroom ended up very steamed up. Perhaps a bit more than one set of cutlery would be helpful even for single rooms.

The hotel was clean, modern, with good bathroom, shower facilities. The bed was clean, comfy with two soft pillows. Corridors, reception and breakfast Rea were all clean

Unfortunately in this particular hotel, there was no view, room faced a brick wall with an extractor running until around 11.30pm. This was just part of location which was central, within an inner city block. This also meant no parking, having to use local public car parks and put money in daily as required. The town of Boston is not really a leisure location but I would stay in this hotel group if it was available in another location

everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean and staff very friendly and welcoming. location was perfect for us for the start of the half marathon and late checkout meant we could come back and chill out and shower before our journey home.

there was a little noise from the road earlier in the evening as it’s the high st but no problems overnight.
