Rating : 1. Room - 8⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comments : new furniture, size just nice for 2 person, toilet have a bit weird smells. 😷🤧🤢 I was using candle to make my room smells good all the time. 2. Hotel Cleanliness - 8⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comments : The hotel common area like corridor, guest waiting area, lift and restaurant area clean and tidy. Just sometimes when I pass by some room I can smell someone is smoking and makes the area and corridor smells bad. 😷🤧🤢 3. Breakfast - 8⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comments : Nice and good options. The staff is helpful and area are always clean and tidy. I love their KARAK chai sooo gooodddd❤️❤️👍🏼👍🏼 4. Staff - 10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comments : All their staff are friendly and always with genuine smiles. Abdul the house keeper is fast and help me change my water boiler because it was broken and not working. I asked for prayer mat and he gave me in an instant. Thank you Abdul. ❤️👍🏼👍🏼

1. Please check your toilet and shower area. Even though it looks clean, there is something that made the bad smell. 🤢🤢 2. Please make the smoking room away awayyyy from the non smoking room. For non smokers, we have a very sensitive nose and some of us even small amount of smoke, it can triggers asthma. Plus, its not a nice smell, spoil the enviroment mood. 🙁🙁👎🏽👎🏽

I consider Action Hotel as one of the best options for staying at RAK. It provides good value for money with excellent service. I highly appreciate how cooperative the staff was. Brother "Sameh" and the rest of the reception staff always tried to take the extra mile to let us feel more comfortable. The restaurant staff also were professional and the breakfast options were excellent. definitely won't be our last visit.

Room service and cleanliness were good but I felt it could be improved. another point was that at times, cigarettes smoke smell used to fill the room through the AC duct.

I have stayed for 3 weeks in this hotel and truly it's correct when they said it's your second home. Hotel staff are really really very friendly, welcoming and friendly warm. The reception people Ms. July and Papiya were so helpful and caring about all details I troubled them a lot. The cleaning team Mr. Prapoda & Aftap were fabulous. They know what time I wake up and they managed the room exactly as I wish in very short time while I'm staying as I usually doesn't move from room. They are smart, polite and Have nice smiling face all time. I was here for relaxation and it was more than perfect for me. The room space is very good comparing to many hotels. There is nothing much around the hotel. I didn't try the breakfast as I wake up late and couldn't catch.

Spacious rooms and the breakfast had good variety and spread which is something I really appreciate. I dont see such good options even in 5 star hotels for breakfast. Staff are polite , courteous , attentive. Behind the hotel there is a grocery which is walkable distance of 1 min. For those coming to Rak first time - note there is all Cash payments accepted in Grocery stores and food outlets /restaurants and cards are not much in Use if you move out of the hotel to purchase things. Im planning to visit this hotel again once I come to visit Ras Al khaimah. So would surely recommend.

The staff at the Action Hotel are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any needs or concerns. They were accommodating during my stay and provided excellent customer service. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing night's sleep. Overall, I highly recommend the Action Hotel in RAK for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a prime location with exceptional facilities and service. I will be returning on my next trip to RAK.

I can't express how grateful we are for the exceptional customer service provided by Othman and Priyanka during our stay. They went above and beyond our expectations, making our experience truly memorable. The beautiful towel decor by Priyanka and the heartfelt handwritten letter from Othman added a special touch to our stay. Sameh receptionist is very good person and very professional. Breakfast excellent, all the staff are very good. Highly recommended They are flexible of checking out . Totally professional staff with professional management. Thank you everyone you make our trip amazing.

Parking in front not shaded and back of the hotel parking is shaded but No door to enter directly the hotel. You have to walk in the sun to go to main door. Not all the room has kitchen so when u book just check you room booking.

Exceptionally friendly staff, from the desk clerk to the bar/resturant staff to room service. They even called the room shortly after check-in to ask if there was anything we needed! First time for us! Bed was very comfortable, room clean, modern with all the amenities. We ate dinner in the resturant, very good. Chef came out to ask how we liked it. Breakfast was full buffet, large variety, hot and cold. The whole experience was great value for the price.

The location was not great. If you like to walk you can go to the public beach, about a 20 minute walk. Beds could have more pillows. Hand towels would be nice touch too. But room service brought extras so problem solved!

Mr Sameh Mohammed was amazing. His hospitality, warm welcome gesture and customer experience skills has definitely made an impact for us to return back. He goes above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay and everything was comfortable. He even checked on us during breakfast and ensured everything was refilled to enjoy breakfast. Surely will return back for our next stay. Mr Sameh kept the little one company and entertained as well. Thank you for your hospitality.

The room Air-conditioning failed in the middle of the night, one of the bathroom and toilet was not clean. (Only mentioning for improvement purpose) (Constructive critisim)

- Very beautiful and spacious room. Comfortable bed. - It was quiet, both during the day and at night. - The staff at the reception was really welcoming and kind. - When I arrived, the showerhead was broken and I was surprised that they fixed it within a couple of hours. I really appreciated that. - There is quite a big, free parking lot behind the building, so it's not a problem to arrive by car.
