This was my third stay at this hotel, which in itself says something! The rooms are spacious, clean and with lots of room to sit and relax, the staff are always willing to help with anything you need and the location is great. Close to two metro stations, one of each line, and there are lots of restaurants and shops around. It is also close to a decent mall, Burjuman. Would happily stay here again and do hope to in the future.

I did not like the smell in the bathroom on some occasions , a rather unpleasant smell coming from the pipes I assume and plumbing system. The TV reception was poor and the channels of limited appeal but that is not really a serious issue for me. Hotel pool was not open during my stay but that is just the luck of the draw..! It does need to be maintained and my visit coincided with the maintenance time! So this is not something to blame the hotel for.

The room is an average size and clean Good house keeping especially your staff named Asad `a very helpful boy Breakfast specially with Ramos in the helm Than the welcoming staff at the reception like the charming people like Jonathan, Raneesh, Saneesh Lucy, Sander and not forgetting Esaam than ofcouce the Porters like Imran, Arun, Denver plus the parking bys always alert and helpful I have been coming to his hotel for the last 10 years and I have never been disappointed I THINK IT IS ALL DUE TO THE STAFF

We did Dubai on a budget, this was a great choice, We wanted to get authentic off tourists hotel. The beds and the attendance were perfect. They helped us with everything. From the early morning check in, and we got some fruit they brought to the room. There is a restaurant/bar in the hotel. It wasn't bothering us on the 5th floor. It was very quiet. The location is in a "workers" area. Meaning, on the streets and local restaurants and supermarkets are mostly India or Pakistani. It's a short walk to the old village and close by 2 subway stations. The food close by was good and cheap, if you go to the Dubai mall, it's easy 5 times more and less then in this neighborhood.

It's an older hotel, it was probably in the late 90s, a great 5 star hotel. So it's a little outdated. But the room, bathroom, and beds were nice and clean.

The hotel is located very close to a metro station, which makes getting around very easy. There are also a lot of reasonably priced restaurants and shops around. The room was large, comfortable and clean, definitely great value for money. Staff was very friendly and helpful whenever required. This was my second stay at this hotel and would really like to stay again given the chance.

I was unable to regulate the water in the shower, it was either too hot or too cold. There could have been a greater variety of TV channels. Music vibrations from the night club could be felt. In all fairness to the hotel, I was offered a room on the seventh floor but opted for one on the fourth. For me it was not an issue, would happily stay in the same room again. Nothing else to complain about, the hotel was great value for money.

Although the hotel was crowded and fully booked for most of the nights, that didn’t impact my stay in any way; the room was well isolated. Also the reception staff were very friendly in every way possible, especially Jonathan. They upgraded my room to executive at no extra charge. They helped me with printing some documents. And finally while I was waiting for documents to be delivered via mail to the hotel, my stay came to an end and I checked out, they offered to keep the documents for me when they’re delivered until I pick them up.

The breakfast can receive some improvement. It was all focused on Indian dishes and didn’t really cover the basics for an international traveller like myself.

The room was clean and spacious. The front office team was very helpful and kind; sorry, I don’t remember their names, as well as the housekeeping team.

Yes, the TV is very old, and the entertainment options are quite poor. Additionally, the bathroom conditions need improvement, particularly with the silicone, shower, and bathtub. The shower mixer was not working, and although I informed the team, they arrived very late, so I refused to have it checked. The carpet is also very old and should be replaced.

Best hotel in the area. It is situated between two metro stations so it is very convenient to travel towards downtown and old Dubai both. Had many options for Indian restaurants at 5 mins walking distance. And also many malls are located at walking distance from the hotel. Staff is very helpful and courteous and always are willing to help us. Thanks to staff Arun who suggested all good places to visit during our stay. Staff also gave upgrade on our booking to Premiere rooms which were very spacious and had all necessary facilities.

The location, I look to use the metro and it’s literally 2 minutes away from Sharaf DG Metro Station. I like the fact that it lives up to its expectations as a four star hotel. Extra point for having a scale to manage luggage.

The Food or rather the breakfast, it was too typical Indian food not catering much for other cuisine preferences. I love and enjoy Indian food but not much on the breakfast options.

Location within 2 minutes walk distance from Metro, very friendly staff, the hotel provides early check-in - need only wait until they finish cleaning up the room. During waiting time provide WiFi access, soft drink... The room was clean and big enough.

It is impossible to add a bar bill to the room invoice and the same for breakfast - if you book a room without breakfast but want to have it - the customer should pay with a credit card every time and breakfast room counter. It is impossible to just add the breakfast value to the room invoice or pay all with one payment at check-out. Means - keep your credit card with you all the time. Before arriving I several times wrote to the Hotel concerning the early check-in possibility. Never received any answer... At check-in, I received an explanation that the hotel could provide it if rooms are available and that is known only when customers checking-in... Why this can't be explained by a simple answer in an e-mail?

The staff is friendly, especially the people in the restaurant and the man who cleans the room. The reception worker came out to meet me and called a taxi.

The position is not the best, for all the attractions we had to use a taxi, which is not expensive by the way. The food is mainly Indian, so it did not suit the children.
