Weingart Istanbul

Location is great, it is very close to new embankment with a lot of bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walking (UP) to Taksim, also being located on quite calm street and on fully flat neighborhood. Room is clean and quite comfortable. Staff is very helpful and everyone has fluent English.

A couple strange problems with the bathroom 1. noise - every toilet flush of neighbors is heard very loud even with the bathroom closed 2. all is great but seems the door/lock was either broken or 10+ years older than everything else in the room

Staff very kind and sympathetic. Comfortable bed. Very close to a street of restaurants and stores. To a walk of point of meeting and tourist attractions.

My room do not have a window and I saw some that have but was for the wall of other building.

This is a decent very clean superior 3 star hotel with an excellent location, and very hospitable staff at the reception, lobby and housekeeping. Room : Just make sure when you book to request a room with a window as their standard rooms doesn't have a window and since they have a centerize heating unit he room turn to be very hot even when you turn it off. A small ventilation unit could help on these rooms. Cleanliness : Room and hotel are very clean with good amenities. Breakfast : is good and if adding an a la minute eggs station would be an added value. The staff : are very hospitable and helpful specially, Erisa, Yussuf, Recardo and Gul. Location : is great very close to so many cafes, restaurants and the Galata Port and open arcade mall. in addition to few minutes away from Istiklal street and Galata tower. its a great area to be in. I highly recommend the area and hotel. A great value for money.

First, I should say that this is not going to be my last stay in this hotel. I definitely would like to stay there for my next trips to Istanbul. The staff are amazing! So kind, helpful, and welcoming. Especially, I should thank Meryem and Yusuf for their warm receiving and being very nice and helpful. They really helped me in organizing a very well trip. The hotel is a cozy building with a beautiful designed lobby and café. Rooms are small but very comfortable. The bathroom is nicely designed. Lighting is good, and overall it is nice and cozy, although there is not enough closet space. The breakfast is good. Although there is not a vast diversity, it is always pleasant and fresh. Above all, the location is very important; it is the most lovely neighborhood in Istanbul on my belief. Hundreds of lovely cafes, bars, restaurants and stores are located around the hotel by only one to 10 minutes walking. It is only 4 minutes walk to Galata port where I know as the best walk in Istanbul. If you are looking for dood coffe, good bars and food, and also shopping, you may never need to leave this neighborhood.

Location is super central. Great value for money. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Light switch not inside the room but in like a middle room. No daily tidying up and change of towels, Strange for a 4* hotel.

great location, easy access to the old city and the Asian part, nice design, very friendly reception staff trying to help, well organized private transfer from and to the airport

management should pay more attention to checking rooms before check in - having dirty cups and towels from previous guests is unacceptable. in front of the hotel there is a night club - can be a problem if you are sensitive to noise -make a notice at the reservation

This os our second time in this hotel. Staff were soo great and helpful. Great location.

I booked the 20m room but received a small room and had to pay extra.

Wonderful place, great location, ALL staff Friendly,Helpful & Knowledgeable of Istanbul. Clean, very comfortable room. Short walk to Galata Bridge for Trams and Boat Trips. Lots of Local amenities on the Doorstep. Labyrinth of cafes, eateries just opposite. Special thanks to Erisa & Avni, the dynamic duo on morning reception, we arrived as guests and left as friends. Also Gul who took great care of our room. Kitchen staff, thank you for providing excellent Breakfast choices with a variety of hot options on different days. A top start to the days exploring ahead. So if you require a First Class Hotel at Reasonable cost, it's simple, Stay here, you will not regret it. We were sad to leave . We hope to return to Istanbul in future and will be staying here. Once again, a Big thanks to all Staff, you were Brilliant. 5*****

there are no dislikes about this hotel !

Hotel is amazing, cozy, clean with very comfy bed. Location is right in the centre and close by to everything. Wifi is also great. Best part of the hotel is the staff that really made our stay perfect. First night we got noisy room and next morning they changed it for us without any issue. It was also my friends birthday and staff send a cake to our room with a card and candles, really amazing group of people working there. Erisa, Yusuf and Rodrigue thank you for always making us feel welcomed and for all your help and assistance. We will be back for sure
