The breakfast was good. Both Turkish and European food. A reasonable amount of specialties. I ate all in my plate at each breakfast, so I enjoyed it. It was not an abundant variety, but good and tasty. Hot food was tasty, good omelet and delicious fried vegetables. Some Turkish specialties as well. The tea was Turkish - black, and the coffee was filter coffee. The sweets were rather continental, croissants and pain au chocolat, as well as a Turkish sponge cake. Yogurt and fresh fruits - the water melon was great in the hot days!

since the room was at the 11th floor, the window could be only partially opened.

I am happy with my stay here. Very comfortable room and the whole building is designed with emphasis on providing security and privacy to guests. Breakfast is good, served with freshly made variety of breads and patiseries. Staffs are friendly and few of them speak very good english.

The location being on the asian side of Istanbul and on a quiet street created a problem for tourist like me. I had to pay more than what the taxi meter showed when I wanted to go from european side of Istanbul to the property. I also encountered a problem in ordering taxi thru hotel reception counter. The taxi service is quite late. But it is hard to generalize based on few cases during short stay.

The breakfast was remarkably fresh, and the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere that made dining a pleasant experience. I appreciated the added sense of security with the key card requirement everywhere I went. The staff was very helpful and ready to assist (big thanks to them). Moreover, the view from my room's window was lovely. The kitchen area in the room was impressively well-equipped. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

The illumination at the bathroom mirror could have been better - it felt a bit dark. Some towel hangers seemed a bit unstable, almost falling off. However, aside from these small issues, everything else ranged from good to perfect.

The hotel has a modern design, and the furniture is new. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

The soundproofing is not good. Also, when people in the nearby rooms smoke, the smell somehow gets into your room. When we first arrived, one of the elevators was not working, and the other had long wait times due to the crowd. Besides that, there is no private indoor or outdoor parking for the property. Your car is parked by a valet based on available space on the street.

The breakfast was delicious and prepared fresh. The rooms were very clean. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Access to the hotel is secure so you always feel safe.

The views were a bit obscured by dirty windows. The windows desperately need a wash from the outside.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during a recent conference at the nearby university, and I must say it was an exceptional experience.The hotel's proximity to the university was incredibly convenient, and I enjoyed a clean and comfortable room with a magnificent view of the city from the 8th floor. The sofa and bed were incredibly comfortable, and the room was well-equipped with plenty of kitchen facilities.In retrospect, I regret not staying longer to take full advantage of all the facilities available. The breakfast was a delight, with fresh pastries that quickly became a daily favorite.What truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. From the moment we arrived, we were met with friendliness and professionalism. Yigit, the gentleman at reception, was the first to greet us, and he set a wonderful tone for our stay. The entire team, from the room attendants to the breakfast staff, were not only efficient but also exceptionally positive and friendly.Having stayed in Istanbul multiple times and experienced various hotels, I can confidently say that I highly recommend this one. It's a standout choice, offering not just comfort and convenience, but also the warmth and hospitality that truly make a difference in your stay.

If you want to visit the European side of the city it will take time due to the traffic reason.

Needs better maintenance, while being modern and new it feels slightly rundown with broken elements often obviously quickly put back together rather than fixed properly. What's the problem with broken ground pin in power sockets? Have seen it elsewhere though, looks like a common problem.

The hotel staff was excellent and very cooperative. Lady Izel and Gentman Anil were on reception and they thoroughly looked after us. They even let us stay till 3 pm on our departure day because of our late night flight. Thanks Izel and Anil.

Very few items for breakfast and no change over the period of 6 days. For the price you pay, breakfast is not meeting the expectations. The location of the hotel is very very very far away from the places a tourist wants to visit. You need a taxi to reach metro and then change another metro or ferry and then a tram to reach Sultanahmet.

Rooms are clean and comfortable! Staff is helpful. Breakfast choice is great. Value for money.

Out of 2 only one lift was working which created inconveniences, especially whene hotel was fully booked.

Nice hotel clean room, have everything for cooking, feel like home. Good breakfast. Highly recommend. Just turn left out of the hotel door, and walk 200m to the main road. You can find a lot of restaurants. The staff is very nice.
