Nice room, comfortable, good bed, clean. Nice location, close to the centre

No parking. It was promised but as a fact I had to search pretty far parking, pay additionally and bring all my bags on my back… Weak breakfast, no meat, fish, even eggs - my friend is vegetarian, she doesn’t eat meat, I don’t eat pepper, on breakfast were served eggs mixed with sausages and pepper, they refused to provide even normal eggs…. It’s very strange for 4 star hotel, breakfast bad, nothing to choose from. The rest was almost ok.

The room looks like have been renovated recently so it is clean and spacious, we had the window looking on the main street, and the AC worked perfectly. The location was close to the old City and some attractions. there is close by parking which takes around 5 minutes walk and it is payable. the reception team was helpful all the time and met our requests.

The breakfast could have been better, and would appreciate if Turkish coffee is included in the breakfast and not paid extra. and there was no room service. the queen bed was not stable and keeps moving.

This hotel has a lovely roof terrace that does excellent value for money meals. They even have a Happy Hour. The location is very good, not far from the Blue Mosque and other attractions. Breakfast was buffet style mostly Turkish food which is lovely and fresh. The room was spacious and very clean.

This shouldn't put you off, but there is a rail track quite close by, but you barely notice it because Istanbul is a very busy, noisy city to start with. The trains seemed to stop at night so sleep was not disturbed. We would stay at this hotel again, it shouldn't put anyone off booking.

Breakfast adequate but nothing special. Was served in reception, not on roof terrace as advertised. Wi-fi intermittent. Room very basic with no view, despite Booking.com “upgrade”.

Front desk staff were helpful in describing local attractions and helping us when we had issues with a 3rd party booking. The breakfast was nice every morning, housekeeping was good and we appreciated the new bottles of water every day.

I understand it's out of the control of the hotel but the airport transfer they booked for us returning to the airport was over 30+ minutes in picking us up which could have been disastrous had we not added additional buffer time to our desired departure time. I would recommend they find another company to use in the future.

I loved that I could wake up every morning and walk along the sea for sunrise or head the opposite direction to everything else. The staff were great and super helpful for anything needed.

You are at the bottom of the hill...so anything you want to see...I.e. Blue Mosque, Bazaar etc. etc. get ready to hike if ur walking. (Uphill) Spa prices were expensive (IMO) The breakfast wasn't my thing. Too many cold cuts and processed cheese.

The Location. The view from restaurant area. The manager and most of staff are very friendly, and provided good information about tours and historical locations around.

No direct access from our room to reception or street, we had to use stairs one floor down from room to backyard then use stairs up from backyard to reception area.

Perfect location, friendly and accommodating staff especially the owner Kadir Bhai was really kind, helpful and respectful person. The property was well looked after and clean literally nothing bad about it.

As it was a busy time for the hotel they weren’t able to offer early check in as good will, once a payment was made my rooms were available immediately.

Location was brilliant as close to both mosque with walking distance(be mindful of the hills to climb). Hotel was very clean and everything was modernised. Staff were always there and willing to help and guide you.

Hotel is named as SPA, one would automatically think it is included but it isn't.

Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and perfect for us as a family. It was cleaned daily. The room had a TV, a safe, and big wardrobes for clothes, air conditioner.. The beds were extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there. The Blue Mosque is only 7 minutes away from the hotel by walking.
