the hotel is very stylish and airy, rooms were spacious, very very clean and offer dressing gowns and sleeps which was a bonus! the location was really good, if you are fit and healthy it would take you 10 mins into old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach club was superb at the hotel, so beautiful ! I’ve only booked a normal room but we get beautiful views overlooking swimming pools and the sea.

breakfast- for that level the breakfast could of been better. one day we went to breakfast very late only because our flight was a late so we wanted to catch up on the sleep. unfortunately there wasn’t a lot left to eat. Wi-Fi- was terrible , keep disappearing. and although it was on it would take ages to load. cool features on tv , Netflix was available BUT needed to download something for it. why to make so complicated for everyone ?

This hotel is perfect on every aspect. The location is convenient, close to the city centre, on the sea shore, near the yacht harbour, easy access to attractions, beaches, restaurants and shops, this environment is quite beautiful. The facilities are new and clean, with a amazing seaside garden, a good restaurant and bar, swimming pool and Turkish bath inside. The breakfast is included and superb. I stayed in a family suite, the room is spacious and comfortable, with separate bedrooms, and a large balcony with Jacuzzi, very quiet at night. The hotel provides valet parking for free. All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, responding to all kinds of requirements instantly. My family really enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

The position of the hotel is fabulous, on the water and an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Fethiye old town. Eating breakfast on the pier is a joy and we enjoyed watching the fish and the cats. The buffet was fine, though it took us several days to work out how to work the toaster! Lovely fresh fruit and nice cakes and pastries and eggs available if you asked. The pool area is stunning and we loved hanging out on the little beach. The staff were all wonderful, without exception. They were so friendly and warm and attentive and made it a very special stay. The cocktails were delicious and we enjoyed the occasional lunch and one dinner at the hotel which were also very good. I heartily recommend staying here.

Our shower door didn't close properly so the floor would flood each time. Another minor niggle was that we had to ask them to replace the tea and coffee in the room, also the loo paper and shampoo etc. Once mentioned they were always topped up for us.

The Family suite room was very spacious for our family of four, with two bathrooms. The hotel was amazing and the staff were excellent. Our bags were collected upon arrival and the porter also parked our hire car for us in the carpark. Housekeeping was brilliant, fresh towels and sheets daily, room tidied and bins emptied, mini bar re stocked. Breakfast choice was vast, and again the waiting staff were very attentive and friendly. The same staff served in the evening at the Mori restaurant.

The facilities are perfect. Such a luxurious hotel and the staff can't help you enough, they are so friendly. The bar staff are so very talented and deserve so much praise. Shout out to Sinan as always you make us feel welcome every year and all your staff are a credit to you and your training. Yunus and the team at Mori are also always welcoming and its still our favourite restaurant in Fethiye. The hotels renovations make it even more beautiful and its definitely the best place to stay in Fethiye.

Our room was facing the main road and it was very loud in the evening but after a few nights we got used to it. We notified the staff on the first night and they did try and find another room for us but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. I advised them to look at putting earplugs in rooms facing the main road as feedback for future guests.

The staff are excellent from breakfast to dinner and all in between. Friendly, helpful and go the extra mile. Rooms are spacious, not outstanding views but immaculate, modern and well serviced through stay. Air conditioning is highly effective and easily controlled. In room toiletries are lovely and bathrooms are luxurious with great water pressure, endless hot water, pristine in every way. Reception team are exceptionally helpful and co-ordinate anything you need from transfers to taxis and directions. Laundry service is fantastic - quality of finish and speed. Hotel seems to be continually investing in its facilities - makes a difference to ensuring top quality stay

Only grumble is the wifi! Really variable signal and very patchy in our room which was frustrating.

The penthouse is perfectly sized with a beautiful view of the bay. The hotel restaurant Mori is one of the best in the city for lunch and dinner. Definitely recommend the grilled shrimp and lamb shank for entrees, along with the San Sebastien as a dessert. Super friendly and helpful staff. Cat friendly environment just like the rest of Turkey.

Small things that don't add to a trip, but can take away from the trip: - No hooks for bathrobes or towels in the rooms is a little odd. Not my preferred design choice. - Breakfast buffet wasn't the best, especially considering its the same restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Small, well managed hotel, which has been recently refurbished to an impeccable standard. Professional and friendly staff are always on hand around the pool and bar areas. There are plenty of sunbeds, certainly no need to reserve, etc.

Considerably more expensive than previous years to both stay overnight, eat and drink. There were too many private functions taking over the facilities (weddings, birthdays - 5 functions in 7 days) Although the service was really good, the food in the restaurant could have been a lot better considering circa £75+ per head average!

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights in March 2023. From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the gorgeous decor and friendly reception staff. Our room was gorgeous. Modern, airy and very clean. The bed was big and very comfy. The shower was powerful, hot and easy to control. There is a smart TV in the room so you can log in to your Netflix/Amazon account if you wanted to. The restaurant, Mori, is lovely. We enjoyed our breakfast lunch and dinner there every day! The staff went above and beyond for us. My husband was having dental work completed whilst we were in Turkey, and the restaurant staff were so understanding. They listed all the soft foods my husband was able to eat and adapted the dishes to suit his needs. They were also happy to bring the food to our room when he wasn’t well enough to sit in the restaurant. The cleaning lady was so nice and our room was spotless. The hotel is located on the harbour surrounded by gorgeous boats and yachts. You also have the added backdrop of the mountains in the distance. It’s around a 15 minute walk to the old town. There are plenty of nice restaurants along the harbour within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and can’t thank the staff enough for the great experience and first class service they provided us.
