Good value for money, great coffee (especially the one on the beach), good food for dinner

Overall it looked ok, but you could tell it needed some improvements as it was kind of old. We asked for a baby cot but the one we received was old and damaged, even the baby refused to sleep in it (and she is not pretentious)

This booking was for my parents, so I won't comment on the hotel facilities. This is their second time in the hotel, and they were happy enough with everything the first time to come back. I think they would be happy to go again too. I want to say about their customer service - especially the guys on the phone! I had an issue with my card and phoned them to ask what to do and how best to resolve this. I was really worried the reservation would get cancelled and my family's holiday ruined. The staff on the phone immediately resolved the whole issue; they were happy to wait for my parents to arrive and sort out payment and told me to just phone them if they were going to be late. I was really grateful for that, and it all ended well.

Good location in front of the see. Easy to reach and to park Clean room with all that is needed for a good stay.

Restaurant menu was mainly Italian food, which is a pity.

Great staff, excellent serice. The dinners were great and for 10 days never rwpeated.

The room's noice insulation is not grat. The WiFi was far from good. The airconditioner was home repaired and had only on (on max) or off, so quite hard to sleep with it turned on and hot when turned off. Also the filter of the airconditioner wasn't cleaned for months. The location is not great as the village next by is too small so nothing to do in the evenings.

We spent 3 nights at this nice hotel, which is located in a pine forest above a pleasant beach. Our breakfast and dinner were included in the price. Breakfast was buffet style, while dinner was a set menu. Dinner was amazing (soup, salad, main, mezes, dessert, bottle of water) and breakfast offered lots of choices. The room was bright and had a sea view. The beach below the hotel is separate from the public beach and offers some amenities.

Wifi signal was too weak and we could not access the internet. But our room was on the edge of the property. The closer you got to the lobby, the better the signal.

The place of the hotel was great - in pine wood very close to the beach. The cleanliness and the stuff was great. Rooms are big and comfortable. Food was tasty, but fixed - you can't choose the menu . They prepared Deep-fried dough , so we were happy (it was very similar like Bulgarian mekica)😊. The pool was with salty water and good for kids. WiFi was very good everywhere in the hotel area. It's quiet and peaceful place.

The base of the hotel is generally old and in need of renovation. The beach was dirty with rocks. The access to the water was very difficult because of rocks and seaweeds. Too much mosquitoes in the evenings.

The quietness, the pine forest in which the hotel is located, the proximity to the seashore, its own beach, its own outdoor pool (interestingly, with salt water!), the spa area as well as other possibilities to spend free time inside the complex. The room was spacious, clean and very well equipped for a pleasant stay (air conditioning, refrigerator, comfortable beds, etc.), flat water and tea provided daily by the hotel. The staff is very kind and attentive to the needs of tourists (only for the fact that we came with our 2 and half years old daughter we received, for the same price, an upgrade from a double room to a triple room). The breakfast buffet (sufficient without excelling in any way), the food at dinner in fixed menu (not very varied, but tasty), the view from the restaurant to the Aegean Sea.

The town where the hotel is located is very modest in terms of shops, restaurants or entertainment. At the breakfast buffet, the serving is done by a member of the restaurant staff who, probably for economic reasons, does not put on the plate as much as you ask. The coffee from the dispenser is of poor quality.

The hotel is close to the sea. The beach is free and clean. In the time of our stay the sea was not clear, but I think that is because of the weather. A lot of locals stay there and there was no Russian tourists- sound like a good deal.

Great location with pool, private beach and lots of trees providing some shielding from the scorching sun. Good breakfast and excellent rich dinner that made us eat more than we would like. Family room was just average though. There's a Tchibo coffee machine next to the reception desk and they have one at the beach bar as well.

Poor small shower corner a common pain in TR midrange hotels.

Great location in a lovely coastal town with pretty good public beaches and park areas, especially for Turkiye. Clean, bright room - a bit dated but very comfortable. Nice balcony. Recommend the half board option which is great value. The dinners were very good. Loved spending time on the very comfortable lounges by the large, saltwater pool. Lots of shade options as well as sun.
