Royal Termal Hotel

My stay at the Royal Termal Hotel was a delightful experience, marked by the attentive and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure guests felt at home. The hotel's generosity was evident in the complimentary valet parking and the free access to the serene spa, complete with a hamam and a warm, inviting pool. The culinary journey began each morning with an exceptional breakfast, offering a wide variety of delicious choices that catered to all tastes. The ambiance of dining was matched by the quality and diversity of the food, making each breakfast an experience to look forward to. However, a peculiar situation arose when I needed a UK electric adapter. The hotel, the lady to my surprise refused to provide it, priced the adapter at 100 Turkish Lira and insisted on a cash-only purchase, which was inconvenient and unexpected. The refusal to charge it to my room was a bit of a letdown, especially since I was not carrying local currency immediately after my arrival. It was a momentary frustration that stood out in an otherwise impeccable stay. Thankfully, 2 minutes drive away at a nearby market I bought the adapter for 1 euro, which was a relief. The room itself was a sanctuary of space and cleanliness, offering a tranquil environment to unwind after a day of exploration. Despite the initial annoyance over the adapter, the three nights spent at the hotel were enveloped in comfort and luxury. I would recommend the Royal Termal Hotel for anyone seeking a stay that promises and delivers excellence, with a small note to carry some Turkish Lira for any unexpected necessities.

They should revisit the adapter policy

This was our best hotel in Turkey! We are thankful to the entire team of Royal Thermal for making our stay amazing. We got an upgrade to a suite with a personal handwritten card congratulating us on our 6th anniversary along with a basket of fruits and cookies. It really made our anniversary month very special, and we loved every second of our stay. We want to say thank you to all the following Eren, Atuhun, Batuhan, Halim & a big thank you to Semin not just for the upgarde but also for all the tips on where to visit and where to eat :)

The comfortable and clean the staff is very polite , friendly and helpful the size of the room is excellent the mattress is comfort The Ac(air conditioning) is perfect

the value money is high I did not like the hotel policy regarding hotel members in the rooms I booked a King Suite room 120 m2 why they just it for 4 Persons including kid the room is very big and there is 2 sofa bed inside each rooms by mistake the reservation on booking it shows only 2 Kid they charge me for 2 kid (3 years and 6 years ) €100 for staying even though when I want to down grade my reservation to connecting room they asked for €50 I’ve already payed €398.78 but they didn’t except the discount The situation was exploited, as it was late and I could not search for another hotel. They told me that prices had increased and it was difficult to get a hotel at this late time, so I paid to stay overnight because there was no other solution. you need a car because the location

The staff was very polite and always available for any info or issue, and the offered services were quite right for the price we paid. We slept well, we ate well. The stay was overall very pleasant.

The room we booked was pretty small compared to other rooms that I have booked in the past with other hotels, but nothing too bothering. The shower was big enough, even though I'd suggest a little bit more attention while cleaning (we found some hair attached to the walls of the shower box).

The hotel is very good comparing to the deal I got, moreover I would like to thank the front desk for their support and help. I have asked once for plate and knives late at night and said that it will take 20 minutes, but due to their help with thanks it took less than 5 minutes. I don’t wanna forget the ladies who tide up the rooms for their excellent work. The check in was smooth, the upgraded room was just what I needed. Thank you

The breakfast needs improvement.

I thank the reception staff, all without exception, for their hospitality and cooperation. I and my family loved them very much. They greet you with a friendly face, unlike other hotels. Before we arrived, the rooms were ready. Check-in took about 5 minutes. They also helped us when we needed a taxi, and they had a room cleaning service when you needed , the beds are comfortable and the location of the hotel is excellent, close to everything, the buffet is very delicious and everything is fresh as well. When checking out, the time took less than a minute.

The breakfast is good, with many different vegetables, cheese, bakeries and fruits. Still I was missing more kind of cold cuts. Room and bathroom is nice and spacious. Roof top bar is also very nice.

There are low doorways in the wellnes part and the floor is very slippery. It is quite dangerous. Wifi is slow, It could be much better.

Staff were very kind, gave excellent service even in the late night hours, and very good breakfast. rooms were very clean

Well, you have the mange the food in breakfast people take too much food and all lifted in the tables, you must serve the food by the staff this could save you coasts or you can donate this food to poor people

the staff so kind and honest , when my wife forget her watch in the bath robe they was very assistive and find it out thanks NURTEN for your humanity. the receptionist was very professional and always pick up me a taxi whenever needed. the thermal water and Turkish hammam was gorgeous which led me to extend my accommodation two more nights

Location is good

Staff do not reply quickly .I asked for slippers 2 times no body brings it ! The carpet in the room was dirty I asked for iron , then said it’s broken Very noisy i can hear the other people people in the room beside me , I couldn’t sleep it was bad experience
