My stay was beyond our expectations its the best hotel with the best staff ! Everybody is friendly and nice dtarting from the guest relation passing by everyone especially Uluç who made our stay more comfortable as if we were in our home he wanted to do anything just to make us happy and comfortable! Great hotel great management keep it up till we meet next year😍

Nothing everything was perfect

Very nice small cozy hotel which was renewed last year. The rooms are nice with comfortable bed and bellows, the breakfast is nice they make everything from their own small garden, the view is amazing in the morning as all rooms facing the beach, the staff are nice and helpful all time especially the young lady in the morning breakfast I forgot her name but she is outstanding with her service and she got us a small gift of their own made olives.

Ok as for adults who wants peace and disconnect from the stress of modern life this hotel is the one, small and cozy. But … it’s far from Yalikavac which is the new metropolis area with high mend restaurants it will take you around 45-1 hr drive to go there. Also the beach is rocky not sandy which is unfortunate

Excellent service, whatever you need you send via whatsapp. the pool sweet was spacious, super clean, and has 3 bathrooms. the breakfast was set menu for each person and was delicious. The beach was great.

-There was a misunderstanding at check-in time as my friend joined us in the last minuet in our suite (which was enough for 4 people) but my original booking was for 3. Maybe in bodrum you have to pay for each additional person even if the room accommodate. In either way they solved the problem gently. -It is half an hour away for Yalikavak.

The premises were modern, luxurious and serene while the views from the rooms and common areas were postcard like. The big comfy bed was magical. The bathroom with marble, Diptyque shower gels and lotions reaffirms the luxury. Pictures don't do the place justice. Breakfast daily was a fresh spread of Turkish delicacies with the option of more "usual" additions like omelets and salmon. I had some of the best pizza and pasta I've had in my life from the beach. I literally could go on and on about how perfect everything was. I highly recommend the Turkish bath at the spa, those ladies know what they are doing. Lastly, the reception staff was genuinely kind and attentive.

Property had a private beach and the rooms were big.

The breakfast was not a buffet but a la carte. And not many options. A little far from all the activities. Doesn’t have a 5 star vibe.

The layout, bathroom amenities and breakfast

Beach is not a beach. You step into stones and rocks unless you access from the jetty. The chaise lounges on the beach are short and narrow, probably to get more seating on the very small expanse of beach. The pool towels are pretty but narrow and short as well. Beverage pricing was outrageous and food was over priced as well compared to comparable properties. Hotel only provides a bottle of water per person per day and then charges you an outrageous amount for additional water. Room lacks shelving for clothes and the bathroom lacks counter space for toiletries. The lovely amenities provided are hidden below the basin.

occasional loud thumpy music and dj/or gym instructor voice (aerobic class maybe) from resort next door. only 3 coffee pods allocated to our room (despite the fact that were 2 guests staying for 3 nights) and advised that it cost extra if we wanted more - this seemed ungenerous given the room rate

This property is just gorgeous. The proximity of the hotel to the beach and services can’t be beaten. It had such a wonderful atmosphere too. The staff were brilliant, catering to our every need. We were travelling with an elderly parent and the rooms we had were just perfect for her, which were changed on arrival when they saw she struggled to walk.

The cabanas are very expensive to hire and this was probably the view of many guests as they were always empty. But nothing else. It was lovely.

We liked the location, it was very peaceful and felt out of the way which was nice for a relaxing holiday. We enjoyed our room, it was spacious and clean with a beautiful balcony. The food at the hotel was good, everything we ate was tasty- top marks to the chefs! We had complimentary water everyday… strangely the coffee pods were replaced with decaf ones when one was used, which my husband wasn’t very happy about… we weren’t too fussed as we drank coffee at breakfast but if you like a coffee in bed it’s worth knowing.

One frustration we had was with the staff. None of the staff spoke very good English, understandably were not in England and after being expats in the UAE for 10 years we know how to explain things in a simple manner but we couldn’t even order a drink without struggling to explain what we wanted, this did become very frustrating especially when we were only trying to order a beer at the beach. Also the lack of drink service at the pool was frustrating, I had to walk down to the beach on a few occasions just to get a drink. Having said this, during the end of our stay the staff did start to understand, I don’t know wether this is because we ate and drank the same things everyday or wether they started to learn, some service training wouldn’t go a miss!

The Hotel is in a lovely setting right on the sea shore, our room was 403 lovely big room on the top floor, breakfast was very good, and also the staff are very nice people, the can't do enough for you.Especially the breakfast staff ,bar staff and reception. Thank you.

I think that the only thing we could complain about was the house keeping we had to ask for more shampoo and shower gels i thought that a hotel of this standard would check every day, also we were left with no hand towels on more than one occasion.I am sorry to have to say this but who ever is in charge of house keeping needs to up there Game. Thank you.
