I liked cleanliness of the hotel and also the breakfast in the morning. Staff was exceptional, you can ask them anything you need and they will do it for you.

The view from my room was not exceptionnal, I guess I have to pay more to have the great view of the lac. The hotel was a little bit expensive.

The hotel il vero clean and comfortable, good staff really helpful and kind. Both the restaurant and the breakfast are provided with several continental and typical dishes. Amazing lake view from the restaurant. The hotel have spa, hammam and swimming pool too.

Clean room , location...stuff very friendly , bed very comfortable ,, bathroom wide ,location good around the hotel many coffeeshops and restaurants

They don't have iron to do your clothes by your self they have laundry and it takes long time to finish your clothes and expensive , The door doesn't lock needs to be fixed

The Hotel is clean and safe. The Staf is very smily and professional. Really appreciated the Tunisian Hospitality amid the complicated Covid19 situation. I felt Covid19 safe my PCR was negatif at my checkout. The lady at the reception was very professional and helpful. The room cleaning team are fantastic and doing great job.

A small detail but I need it now for my diet. The absence of bathroom scale. Despite I asked for it. It was not available.

Good hotel, with good facilities and well located at Bouharïa.

Maybe some facilities and furniture has become a bit old-fashioned, but it is only a matter of taste as they are running adequately.

Shower has problem with hot and cold water. Can be noisy at night nearby restaurant organises weddings/parties Old furniture Opening hours of gym / pool can't use it if you work during week

The hotel was nice, it had all the needed facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view over tha lake was beautiful.

The location is very business-oriented, not many restaurants around the area (at least it looked like in the Ramadan time)

Very friendly staff. Nice big and clean lounge. Good, spacious rooms with comfortable bed. Very complete breakfast.

No alcoholic beverages are being served in this area of the city.

Restaurant menu is a bit limited in options, lovely bar where you can’t drink even a glass of wine — even if there are wonderful Tunisian wines.

Stuff are absolutely friendly , I’ve met Sehim from reception , she is super friendly and supportive in all levels . Rooms are clean , swimming pool is decent size

Gym is soooo small Location is a bit far from city Centre You have to make sure about your taxi from / to airport as hotel doesn’t have its own cars
