The Galla Hotel

So clean,food was amazing,room was so comfy would definitely recommend to stay there.

The only negative I did have was when we arrived early we were unable to check in .We arrived at 12pm we were able to use pool ect which was fine but after a long morning to get there would of been good to get to our room..As it was so hot we came back into reception and just waited.A Thai family were checking in and they were shown straight to their room ,I was annoyed and I think reception knew that so then gave us our key .That was the only negative I had.

Nice.clean room with good air con. A little terrace with a clothes line to hang out clothes to dry. Room had a fridge, so can stock up for a quick breakfast if you need to. Good bathroom with nice fluffy towels. Quite modern. Liked the overall feel of the place. Ate at the Korean restaurant within the complex and the food was quite good too.

No real critisisms. Nice enough overall. The location is about a 1km walk from most of the restaurants and bars that cater to Western tastes. The 7-11 was the same distance away.

The rooms look really nice for the price, the staff are friendly even if some don't have much English I was able to communicate without the use of Google translate. The lighting is good and the shower was also good, nice water pressure. Room bigger than I expected going by previous reviews.

Noisy. The walls are thin and the road it's on has very loud traffic. Still l, I was able to deal with this with very good earplugs. Maybe a room facing the pool would have been better but maybe not since the restaurant is on that side.

Nice breakfast even not much variety but good quality and clean. Good location and many restaurants nearby.

We had stayed for one night with 3 persons. The room is not soundproof and we can hear the car from the street all night. The bed and extra bed are super hard, not suitable for stay more than 1 night.

Staff, room, breakfast all nice

The pool is green probably due to the wrong choice of tiles as algae in crust and cannot be removed which is a shame. Otherwise the pool is very nice. The coffe shop had a board in front of it stating opening times yet at around 15.30 it was closed !!

The beds on the rooms are HUGE and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and fresh with lots to choose from. The staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not in the centre of town but nicely tucked away in the north of the town with easy walking distance to everything. The pool and gym very nice too

The shower head which kept falling was very annoying

Much better. Clean, great staff, comfy room and hot shower.

The aircon freezes up and doesn’t work after about an hour. You then have to leave it off for a couple of hours while the ice drops onto the floor, then you get another hour.

I don't normally write a review but I have say we found this hotels comfortable bed and assortment of pillows the best we have experienced in Thailand. And we included breakfast, which once again was an amazing selection and the best. Well done to the owners.

Nothing to not like

It is a new hotel, very clean, nice design, good breakfast, comfortable bed, good AC, quiet neighborhood, quite big and well equipped fitness room. Ask for rooms on top floor facing the back of the building (green hills)
