I found the bed to be very comfortable, the view from my bed was beautiful, the shower was great, the AC was not too powerful or too weak, the staff were very friendly and the room was clean.
After a long day of walking in the heat, I did not like having to have my room card updated, configured or whatever it was they had to do with it. This happened four times during my stay and I have no idea why. The WiFi was quite poor, but that wasn't a big deal for me. In terms of the location, I made a mistake booking this hotel. It's a good 40 minute walk from the town centre.

Place is situated just a bit far from the noisy city so it's relaxing. Their coffee is good. They let us leave our bags since we came early in the morning and decided to go to Erawan Falls. There is a small eatery just infront of Building A that serves tasty thai food. They're also strict with their protocols. You have to show proof of vaccination as well as the people you're sharing rooms with which is good.
