The Signature Hotel Airport

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Very convenient location for the airport. Big spacious room with nice design and comfortable bed. Very kind staff.

Our room was on the ground floor and it smelled very strongly of canalization. We didn't complain since we were there for 1 night, but the smell was almost unbearable and we are sure all staff members who entered our room could smell it (cleaning staff, bellboy and room service staff). There was a terrace in the room, but it was completely unkept and dirty. There was also not a single chair or anywhere to sit and enjoy the outside space. No hanger to dry wet bathing suits outside either.

Great luxurious hotel next to teh Hat Yai airport. The room has huge and very well taken care of. The breakfast selection was awesome. We only stayed there for a few hours as we arrived late and left the next morning but it looked like a great hotel to spend more time. The pool looked very good. though there is not much around, the airport is 10 minutes walk away and you would need transport to town (grab/taxi/car).

We arrived late and there was no hot water in the shower. We had send a message to the hotel a few days in advance to ask if they can arrange transport for us to Pak Bara Pier and then Koh Lipe but they never answered. When we arrived they were arranging that for another couple at the reception. It would have been great if they had replied and helped us with the bookings.

It’s a new property which is a five minute drive to hat tai airport ( get free hotel shuttle)and 15 min (300 bhatt taxi ride ) into the city.Had a huge room overlooking the lovely pool , comfy big bed, large breakfast room ( eggs toast yogurt , cakes , salad, Thai dishes, ).Staff were very friendly and helpful a nd spoke English which was great.Perfect stop before getting the coach/boat to Ko lipe island

Everything great.There is a hotel being built next door but you strangely couldn’t here any noise as the main building works have been completed

The hotel was just wonderful, my kid wanted more, so we extended our stay again. He enjoyed the exquisite pool and the wide range of breakfast.

This property offers amazing value for money, but there are still few aspects hotel may consider to work on: - more place to hang towels (upstair room, there was at least a bar to hang towel but in the Terrence room ground floor, there is absolutely no place in hang towels), what a waste for the spacious bathroom. It probably wouldn’t matter for an overnight stay, but for those who stay longer and prefer not to have towel changed daily was somewhat inconvenient. - I read that hot water has been an issue for many guests . I then also experienced that in the ground room (although it’s not a big deal for me) but such a well designed hotel really shouldn’t have such issue…

1) The staff was super helpful. I asked them to keep my baggages 2 days before my stay because I had to fly to Singapore and didn’t want to take the baggages. At first I planned to leave them at the airport, then, realized that they didn’t provide overnight storage. So, I called the hotel asking if I could eace my baggages with them or not. The staff were very helpful and even offered to take me back to the airport. 2) The restaurant has nice dishes and drinks. Tho, a bit pricey. 3) Convenient as it’s very close to the airport if you just need a short stop for your trip.

Only found that there was no sound proof. It’s not an issue if there’s not so many ppl, but if there are many ppl, it could be an issue. You could hear everyone chatting outside, walking pass, opening/closing the door. During my stay, there were other guesses chatting outside and it was very loud. Fortunately, they finished at midnight.

The property seems newly built and is very modern, which can be unexpected it in such a rural area of Thailand. The hotel picked me up from the airport. My room was very large and comfortable. The hotel restaurant has a good choice of food. The staff is very friendly. And it’s affordable.

Unfortunately there is a major construction zone right next to the hotel with a huge crane. It makes it noisy and the pool side uncomfortable. Also my room had a terrace, it was made of three tall walls and no furniture whatsoever.

Excellent hotel, attentive staff, superb breakafast. Very comfortable bed. Close to the airport and convenient for a 1 night stay.

The walls are very thin and there were some noisy guests nexdoor, we could hear everything at night. We called reception a couple of times and I even went to knock on the door to ask them to be quiter as it was late, but they were watching TV and talking and yet we could hear it all.

Very close to the airport and that is why we chose it. Spotlessly huge, clean room. Fantastically appointed. Marvellous breakfast.

We arrived at the reception 5 minutes after the kitchen had closed in the evening, but they would not offer us food. A little disappointing. We had to walk quite a distance to 7 Eleven to get food. We did notice, however, that a 7 Eleven was being built almost across the road from the hotel.

Very close to Hat Yai Airport for a stopover before an early morning flight. Lovely pool area. Very comfy bed with clean soft bedding. Great buffet breakfast with good variety. Quiet efficient aircon in room. A very nice modern hotel very convenient for Airport.

We arrived at 1.15 but could not check in to our room in until 2pm even though the room was probably ready, we could use the pool though so not a big problem :) there is construction next to the hotel which spoilt relaxing by the pool a little.

I liked the room which is big and the bed was so comfortable.The buffet was good especially the fresh fruit juice and the Thai tea,really love it.Was a lovely stay.

The buffet was nice but maybe the main menu they can change something heavy and less spicy.The walk to carpark and the buffet area during rainy days was very annoying.Kindly improvise on that.
