Very clean room, friendly staff, cute cats and dogs around. Facilities were superb: coffee, tea, ovaltine 24/7, bread everyday 6-10am. Communal kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, water refill (hot and cold), fridge (office hour). The room (deluxe room) was spacious, fridge, fan, AC, 2 tables, chairs, soap and shampoo, also hot water for shower. Everything was perfect for us because we were on a motorbike, so no problems wirh location. Quiet area, which was a plus for us. Wet market is 2 KMs aways, which is still walkable (15-20 mins). You can also rent a scooter here.

Located a little bit far from center, but wasn't a big deal for us, because we like the quiet area.

Fantastic place, so clean, comfortable, and quiet, soooo much better than similar places we've stayed in around Thailand and Laos. Internet wifi was great, I'm a digital nomad and was able to do my video conference calls with no problem. They offer free water, tea, coffee, and bananas and bread in the morning. 30 minutes walk to the blue temple or to the center. Staff was super helpful. Totally recommend.

Comfy bed, clean room, balcony area. Staff were kind and helpful. Free coffee, toast and water. Refreshed toilet roll and water bottles daily. Really nice hotel and amazing for the price.

Didnt have any bicycles available for hire. The bathroom door didnt shut fully so a smokey smell would come through the bathroom window into the room in the mornings.

Probably the best stay for a low price in town. Very clean and comfortable modern rooms and super comfortable bed. The facilities for eating downstairs were very helpful if you're on a budget, plates, cutlery, microwave, kettle etc for eating the bags of curry you find being sold around the place.

A little bit outside the main area, no problem if you have a scooter or are used to walking.

The room was very comfortable, bright and airy. I loved that the room came with a fan and air conditioning. Plus the windows had screens on them so I didn't have to use the AC because I could just leave the windows open with the fan on at night. I really appreciate that.

I wish they offered more fruit in the morning and a better bread for toast.

The mood in this property was very calm and peaceful, the stuff was amazing and helpful, they show us the nearest interest spots and how to get there. We rented a bike with them and it was quick and easy. Also the money value of the place couldn’t be better, one of the best of Thailand. If we ever come back to Chiang Rai we would for sure stay here!

Nothing to complain about for this price.

It's about 20 minutes walks from city center and night markets. It's very quite area. You can used kitchenette at the lobby with tea and coffee available for free, as well as toasts. Microwave oven you can use to worm your own dishes you can buy at reception too.

I liked everything about this place, Extremely clean and has been really looked after. Good work 👏 I woke up to a puncture 1 morning on my motorbike and straight away they helped get my tyre pumped back up and found motorbike tyre shop local. Really nice people

Staff were super friendly and helpful, answered all our questions and even helped us print off our visas for our next trip too. Free green tea and coffee was a bonus and free bread in the mornings with a toaster available (3 baht for butter). Room was clean and a really good size and the bed was comfy too. Lots of facilities on site such as laundry, bike rental, printing, microwave and kettle in the communal area. Plus a little shop downstairs. Best shower we've had so far in Thailand.

At least a 25 minute walk into town and I wouldn't want to walk back on my own late a night but if you rent motorbike then this is not a problem at all.

The first thing I have noticed before even arriving to the property, was the details that they pay attention to; they send you a message with every information you would need, the different transportation means that you can take and how much each one would cost ( so u won’t get scammed), and they also have directions in Thai for the drivers who don’t speak English (which is very commun in Chiang Rai) I LOVE THAT. Once you arrive to the property u find a book that has WiFi and all the restaurants/ activities that they recommend for you, and they can help you organise trips or order food from GRAB. (if it is not working on ur phone). the property was very clean and organised. they clean your room every day ( u put a sign u find in your room on the door if u want them to clean it), you have coffee/tea, and Banana for free everyday. the staff are very nice and helpful, and the location is very calm. I loved it. I highly recommend it if anyone have ever visited Chiang Rai.
