Room was nice. Breakfast was available in the morning. Lots of information provided about Chiang Rai and things to do. Nice outdoor space.

Walls and floor were very thin, so could get noisy. Bathroom design had gaps in the wall by the shower, so bugs could get in.

Good location, walking distance to centre and bus terminal 1. Friendly receptionists. Clean. Comfortable spaces to sit around. Good breakfast. Tea, coffee and drinking water all day.

See-through curtains on the bed so when someone has the lights on it’s really bright in your bed space. So as the beds are not fully separated with a closed panel (see picture) so again the light comes in and doesn’t give you full privacy. I don’t know why the shared spaces close at 9pm on paper (8.40pm in reality)! In the rooms it’s noisy from people listening to their phones or talking loud and some people maybe want to be somewhere quiet instead of the the cold and noisy room. Soundproofing is also not good, the sliding bathroom doors, people walking around, talking and the early cleaning ladies outside the room will not let you sleep.

Large hostel, built in bed with curtain, plug socket, shelf and light. Tea, coffee and filtered cold water available 24/7. Good security. Large lockable cupboard under bed( need own lock) breakfast was pleasant, toast, jam, boiled eggs and salad. Easy to get a grab from here. Super close to the Saturday night market. 15 minute walk to the bus station and night bizarre. Breakfast/common areas really nice and chilled. There are tables out the from in the sunken garden. You can book the slow boat at reception. Clean toilets and showers. Comfy beds with white linen and duvets. Ac and fans in room.

You have to leave the room to go to the toilet and showers. I was downstairs and there was only 1 female toilet for the whole dorm (16 beds)

The facilities are great, one of the best hostels I've stayed at in that regard. Beds are comfy, have curtains, lights and BIG lockers. It's a social place where it's easy to meet other travellers.

Staff let it down. There was no one at the reception desk most of the day so I couldn't check in or even get a wifi password. Other travellers who happened to be around advised where to leave the bags, where to change and refresh etc. When the lady finally appeared in the late afternoon she didn't explain properly how to get in when the doors are locked at night. She was also reluctant to give me info about the bus to Laos border suggesting I should take the organised tour instead and just seemed grumpy in general. Maybe she had a bad day. Thankfully the lady who was on the night shift and let me in after I got locked out was much nicer and super helpful. :)

This is a modern hostel that is very clean and safe for solo travellers. The staff are very helpful and you can easily get a scooter/day trips out of chiang rai with the front desk. The lobby/living room is huge for you to hang out with friends. The hostel is very clean and the beds are comfortable. There is even a small garden where you can do yoga or stretching!

Thoguh the living room is huge, there are many mosquitos at night so do remember to bring insect repellenet! The location of the hostel is not near any major attractions but very close by scooter, so do rent one if you can ride it. The dorm lockers are rather small so you wont be able to fit your 60L bags but the hostel is very safe!

I have been traveling in Thailand for a month and this is absolutely the best hostel I have stayed. The staff is very nice, the location is great as it is closer to many attractions in town. The location is outstanding, rooms and bathrooms super clean and the design is WOW. There’s a relaxing atmosphere and the property wants everything to be quiet after 10pm. I love the outside garden and the wooden terrace on the first floor.

Towels were not included, and from what i understood you should pay them (no deposit).

One of the cleanest hostels I've stayed in South-East Asia. This hostel is very clean with a great communal area with and outdoor courtyard. Its a quiet, chilled spot where staff were helpful with a lovely breakfast offered with free tea and coffee. Highly recommend this hostel in Chiang Rai. 15 minute walk to the bus station and main area, nice to walk through the town streets and be a little out from being on the town's doorstep.

Everything was excellent.

I loved this hostel. It was so very clean. The receptionist stayed up until 23:00 to check us in. They are very helpful with booking everything. Beautiful and wonderful place that is so quiet and a great place to relax before the slow boat. Would recommend spending more time in chiang Rai! It’s very quiet and lovely.

It was not very social at the hostel. People do their own thing or are leaving for the slow boat after a day. If you want a super social atmosphere, this is not the place. But it is so clean and nice. Love it.

I really loved this hostel. The bed area was spacious. There was a wide ledge on 1 side next to the wall to keep stuff and the locker underneath was so big it could fit both my big luggage and carryon suitcases. Bathroom was nice and big. Had a laundry line to dry things. Walking distance like 15 mins to the market. Free water and breakfast!

Ac only starts in evening but the weather was ok enough for that.

The property is really nice, beautiful garden and common area specious and bright. Dorms and bathroom as well really good. The host tty to help me with the options to cross into Laos, and made some calls as information is not very clear on the bus options, so eventually I had to book through the hostel the only option available which was a lil pricey.

Not very social, maybe in those days not many people as well were there , but maybe some activities would help travellers to interact.
