Comfortable and well equipped room with clean and tidy environment. It’s very nice and relax stay, from food to service are awesome, especially friendly front desk, Porter, restaurant staff and even housekeeping. From the moment I step in hotel till last day, the hotel staff front desk young girls was extremely helpful and friendly (too bad I wasn’t remember her name but one of them is with braces)

The only thing make me feel disappointment with poor standard of the service from room reservation (especially manager) more detail can refer to FOM She absolutely need to improve more for handling guest request or enquiry, not to use the reason of busy or heavy work load. (Email sent 3-4 time with no reply from resv and FOM too) The person who the choose to join this carrier must know how to handle, or else hotel need to input more training on this matter. I urge the management to take immediate action to rectify this issue to ensure that do not happen again in future. I really hope management will take this matter seriously with necessary step to improve the standard of service at your property as it’s bring negative for guest before their trip.

We obtained the family room that we had booked as a couple with a 10-year-old child, and the hotel staff was both friendly and professional when we were checking in. Our room was located at the ground level of the hotel, with exit to the pool area and lounge chairs. We were also allocated a safe parking space at the hotel's private parking area at no extra costs. I did in particular like the large bath tub in the fully equipped bathroom. The hotel has visibly come of age, so that one may expect little compromises here and there. I noticed that our door did not always open upon inserting the key card into the proper slot. The breakfast buffet was excellent, both in terms of selection/diversity and the quality of the individual food items. Given the relatively small number of hotel guests during the ongoing Covid19 pandemic, we did not take that excellent breakfast service for granted.

We had an issue with the Internet access, as only 3 different mobile components could access the Internet---with one designated user name and password---through the W-LAN router. But the biggest drawback was the extremely slow data processing speed of the router, so that we could often---at least from our room at the ground level---not even access simple Web sites, and I could not work with my lap top, downloading even very small files. I was compelled to move my laptop to the lobby area, so that I could at least complete simple tasks, like reviewing my emails. I brought this problem to the attention of the receptionist staff, and trust that they will address this data processing problem, since the hotel is also being utilized by business clients/guests.

it’s a huge property and during normal working hours they are really helpful. it also only took me 30 minutes to get to the airport by taxi, on the meter around 200baht with no traffic, so make sure you ask for meter only outside of rush hour traffic otherwise they try to set a price and you could be looking at double. the staff were really helpful with this.

it’s a huge property meaning it is quite far from central Bangkok, the rooms are very spacious - maybe a little too spacious you’ll find. The breakfast options were also very limited.

Didnt really like the front office staff - they were not very friendly or helpful. Approach the front desk on 02/10/22 morning to ask if they provided Laundry Service, they told me to wait while they were busy with a few guests. I stood there with my friends and waited at the lobby. After the guests were done, nobody replied me on my questions about Laundry Service and we just left.

Breakdast had wide range on offer to a high standard also catered for local taste Nice hotel, clean, very large spacious well designed room with both bath and shower, staff were great all very helpful, good value for money

Location was bit far from public transport like MRT, nothing really local so have to travel/walk but taxi are fairly cheap

good breakfast included with plenty of choice, nice swimming pool, staff very nice and always smiling.

i stayed 3 times, one room had noisy aircon. lots of coaches arriving which was fine but the people made quite a lot of noise talking going to the rooms at night.

staffs are very nice and friendly. Rooms are very clean and pleasant.

I didn’t find the dial numbers to reach reception or restaurant to ask something. it was quite difficult to call intercom numbers due to dial numbers at rooms were missing.

The bath tub is great, you can enjoy it and watching tv at the same time. The breakfast is okay, I like the bread fried with egg. The room size is big and the pillow is great.

I face electric shock in my room , I suspect is the problem is at the room card sensor. If the hotel solve it, then I think the hotel rate will be 9.5.

Nice and spacious room, good size bathroom. Breakfast was very good with local food, but needed better selection on European buffet. Helpful and polite staff, good size pool.

There are no shops near hotel, the nearest is about 15 mins walk, the same is for restaurants. You need to get a taxi to get close to shops and restaurants
