Room is great. we had the cheapest one and it was still spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff is lovely and helpful.

Beach and main pool area are ugly and run down. the pool is not an infinitely pool like described. beach is filthy, and the bar area feels cheap and un inviting. not many chairs around the main area of the pool and the grass is synthetic.

Quality in food, beverages and staff really high. Really peaceful without Indian weddings.

Indian weddings: Too loud, much too noisy, respectless behavhiour, has the potential to destroy the vavation feeling.

in the same time thier was a big wedding in the hotel which we didn’t informed before. it was noises and part of the beach was limited for two days. it was not ok

The quality of the food in the Olive restaurant sank since my last visit. I had the lamb on red wine jus, it was excellent before Corona... but this time the sauce didn't even see a drip of wine and the side dishes were tiny: two bites of Polenta and three bites of vegies. for nearly 30 Euro very disappointing. All other people in the group also complained about the portions and quality... This was better before and because of the prices I can not recommend it anymore... very sad. For me it was the best restaurant in Khao Lak

Great hotel for families with lots of things to do. The beach was absolutely beautiful and so were most of the food options. Overall a great place to stay for a week.

The location is a bit remote and you will really spend most of your time at the resort. No problem for us as we wanted to relax and only stayed for 4 nights. Keep in mind that prices can be steep as taxes and service charge are added to each bill. Also, most of the high-quality food options — even when you book the all-inclusive package — have a surcharge, e.g., Australian ribeye steak + 600 BTH. It didn't bother us but perhaps comes as a surprise to some.

In a restaurant on the beach , we made an order , but it was not brought because the waiter did not correctly write our order . Also in a Japanese restaurant, the child was cooked his food for 1, 5 hours, it's a very long time. There is only one cooler with hot water for tea at breakfast, I could not go to it for a long time because there was a queue of waiters, I think the cooler should be in some other place.

Clean and spacious. Pool is great. Beach access is fantastic. Rooms are comfortable.

After clearing confusion with billing at checkin, the same confusion appeared at checkout. On-site restaurants too expensive. Breakfast Buffett quality has gone down. Also the sheer size of the resort now makes the breakfast place loud and crowded.

Lovely beach, good selection at breakfast although due to the size of the hotel it had a canteen feel to it and not a luxury one. The pools were great, we enjoyed walking to the infinity pool from our pool access room. The kids enjoyed the slide and bouncer in the kids section.

We had to ask for a Nespresso machine, and when it was brought to us the capsules were never refilled despite us asking . Wished there were more restaurant options outside the hotel especially after we tried all the restaurants in the hotel (which were all good!).

really, really perfect. We were a little bit scared because it is a big hotel, but nevertheless, it was not a very busy feeling. What we really loved about it is that every where are you find an adult zone, because now that my son is 16, neither him nor myself enjoy a bunch of loud kiddies and toddlers that throw their buckets and stuff around or cause chaos while eating. (Had that - happy to be out of it). The only thing is, they could be a lot of more beach chairs, when you come after 1 PM at the beach if you can’t find one. That’s annoying to simply should put in more. Hotel is located in a perfect place in Khuekkhak beach, staff is overwhelming friendly, and they already plan our trip back!
