Location in Stone Town is exceptional. Sunset Bar is the best location to watch an amazing sunset (weather permitting).
The property is showing its age. Rooms are overdue for some general mainframe upgrades (hot water, Lighting, window sealing so they don’t leak, tile grouting, touch up on paint, fixing of ceiling and wall cracks.)

The location was good. One can actually walk to nearby attraction such as the Forodhani gardens banks and shops.
The bathroom. The bathtub are so high. Ine has to literally climb. And to be extra careful when going out of if tab. The door to the room i was given was hard to close . Basic breakfast ans not many options
