very clean and comfy hotel with a cozy bar and very good restaurant (the a-la-carte one "Stübli")! Huge breakfast buffet! just about a big enough spa/wellness area with saunas, steamroom and swimmingpool which are perfect after a day of skiing. Not too far away from the skitrack when skiing all the way down.
though there is a spa/wellness area we missed a hot tub/bubble bath or some (outdoor) pool with hot water. Minor complain; The second pillow should be placed on the bed, we only discovered it in the cabinet before the last night. It makes watching tv on the bed so much more comfortable!

Amazing hotel! Staff was kind and helpful and accommodated our every need. The pool and spa were outstanding. Breakfast and restaurant excellent. We travelled with a 10 month old baby which is not easy and everything felt like a breeze. Amazing stay, could not recommend more.

Nice staff and very helpful. The rooms were big and comfortable. Taking dinner or lunch in the restaurant is good. Good quality on food but a little bit expensive.
One lift, on busy times it is very difficult to take the lift. It can take up to 15 minutes to get a free one or in other cases you need to take your luggage with you up/down the stairs.

The hotel has a perfect location. Has a restaurant but it is also near of external restaurantes. I particulary enjoyed the relax room near the swiming pool after a ski day and the breakfast.

The staff at reception were exceptional and very friendly even though we are foreigners who speak English. They also offered helpful info regarding directions and points of interest. Other places in Switzerland aren't as welcoming. Food and service at the restaurant was great too.
Value for money, it was too pricey so I felt you don't get your money's worth. Pool was a bit cold too.
