Very good wifi within rooms, very comfortable beds. Outstanding cleaness, very bood bathrooms with all sanitary. Outstanding position: 5 minutes from Lausanne Flon, 2 minutes from Lausanne Central Gare. The Panoramique rooms are larger than average. Hotel staff gives you a transport card to use Lausanne public transport for free

Very, very bad frige which is not cold enough. Considering the price, one single bottle of water offered is a must. Rooms are not well covered against noise. I had to use earplugs to sleep well due to noisy customers and from voices on the street. Considering the price, the absence of the balcony is remarkable. If you own a car, you must pay for the parking lot nearby every day. It is not acceptable to have some staff that can't speak one word of English. The 'jardin' inside, in my opinion, needs some serious renovation.

Our room was on an upper floor overlooking an internal garden area which made it very quiet with a pleasant outlook. It also enabled us to leave our windows open at night. The slight disadvantage of the room location is that it required two separate lifts to reach our floor, but the room location was worth it. The room was very spacious and had good storage, which gave us plenty of room for our bags and belongings, but the arrangement of furniture was a little odd. Despite all the space, the tv was located on a pedestal fitted into the floor near the end of the bed, just where one can walk into it in the middle of the night! There are no bedside tables, but projecting lamps which one has to be careful not to hit one's head on. There was one easy chair with footstool and one desk chair so we could not sit and relax together in comfort. There is plenty of space to fix these minor idiosynchrasies which would make the room easier and more comfortable to use. Having said that, we did really enjoy our stay. The location is great, cose to the station but far enough away to be quiet. It is right on the edge of the old town and close to the Metro station. It has plenty of eating options nearby and we particularly recommend Eva's across the road for coffee and pastries, and va sana restaurant just down the road for tasty Italian meals.

I visited Lausanne for work purposes. The location was conveniently close to the center of the venue and also walking distance from the city center. The interior of the hotel ok. Beds are comfortable and the rooms were clean.

The breakfast/ thai restaurant at night could do with some either renovation or a good cleaning of the mostly stained chairs! A dirty and stained furniture gives really a bad impression to any visitor.

Beautiful decor with trash clean presentation. Great indoor and outdoor social spaces. Room very clean and perfectly functional. Had a great city view and also view of the lake in room 309. Staff efficient and helpful. Great location to main station and metro which takes you directly to the lake in minutes. Also given a pass for free local travel.

All good. Part of hotel is under renovation but this is not intrusive and works are Not disruptive to guests.

This hotel is in a superb location for all Lausanne sightseeing and perhaps most important of all the hotel is about a two minutes walk from the train station - the latter was particularly important in influencing my choice to stop at this hotel before catching a red-eye flight out of Geneva airport. The hotel rooms are recently refurbished and are very tastefully furnished/decorated.

Room is perhaps a little small. And the price is a little steep...

Don’t understand why the hotel ratings were so low, that worried me a bit. But I liked the location. Our experience was very good. The family room was modern and very big, lots of storage for each person. The restaurant in the hotel looked very exciting, but we did not had a chance to try. Breakfast was very good.

Wi-Fi signal was basically unusable on the end of the 8th floor. The only Wi-Fi signal can received in the unit was the bathroom.

it was very near to train station. Check in was very fast.

My credit card details were collected during check-in. Rather than collection of credit card details for future payment, city tax should have been charged directly during check-in like most other hotels in Europe. Sharing credit card details with receptionist is a serious privacy concern.

Very good location, staff are helpful and friendly, great breakfast with indoor and quiet outdoor garden (even in downtown), rooms are very spacious compared to other hotels with a modern and very ergonomic design, communication with hotel primo to the arrival for detailed arrangements (breakfast, parking etc.) were smooth and with prompt answers. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are quiet.

Housekeeping forgot to clean our room on day 1.

This is really a nice hotel. We loved our room. Comfortable, large bed and great shower. Also, a small fridge and kettle with coffee and teas. The front desk staff was so helpful and kind. The young man who checked us in shared lots of tips on activities and use of the free transport card. We also like the coffee and pastry option at breakfast for 5SF. Location is convenient for train arrivals. Old town is a bit further up the hill.
