Exceptional place for those who want to visit the National Park. You also feel very comfortable with staff that are very nice and listen. The modern rooms are large enough and well equipped. Bus stop is 200 meters from the hotel and will bring you to the National Park. Finally the restaurant offers a large variety of food of excellent quality. I strongly recommend.

The staff was very kind and the hotel was clean and confortable. I appreciate the bed and the equipment such as the big flat TV and the numerous of electric plugs at disposal. The style and design were charming and the wood is still a great value. The breakfast was very good too.
The restaurant was a bit expensive and the food basic. There are no drinks in the rooms and the bottle of water in the restaurant is expensive. No safe and no minibar.

Great location, awesome and friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast. The hotel sits right on the exit of Zernez, basically at the door of the National Park, is easily reached on foot from the train station (or the nearest bus stop, less than a hundred meters away) or by car (ample parking space available). As for the restaurant, everything we had was delicious.

The location was fantastic as we could cross country ski directly from the hotel. Also the pizza was delicious and you could build your own pizza based on your desire. Additionally, the breakfast had various options including blueberries and raspberries during winter season. We stayed in the hotel over the NYE. The staff prepared a spectacular fireworks that was by far the best in town. We loved it!
The bread that was sometimes offered as a free starter was too dry. If you get lucky they serve a very nice pizza bread ones in a while.

The hotel is located at the end of the village on the main road leading to the national park. Clean and quiet rooms with a comfy bed. Very friendly personnel, speaking Egnlish, German and Italian was no problem. Local pizza is a must-try.
I was mostly satisfied. Breakfast could have some vegetables as there were none.
