Knowing the price levels for Stockholm city, this mini-apartment hotel 30-min out of the city is an outstanding value-for-money compromise. Part-time Home was perfect for the needs of our 7-day holiday. The 2-bed and 4-bed rooms are quite spacious and fully equipped as mini apartments ( induction cooker, fridge, dishes and cutlery, micro-oven, dishwasher with a few tabs). The property has a laundry with 5 washing and 5 drying machines complementary to guests (including laundry detergent) a with use regulated by a booking board. There is also a restaurant which is a good alternative to cooking It is conveniently located between the Arlanda airport and the center of Stockholm, both at about 30 minutes driving. That again suited our needs as we had a rental car, which I'd recommend to enjoy great flexibility for visiting Stockholm but also the beautiful nearbies in the archipelago as well as villages north of the capital and in the inland. Anyway there are bus stop just outside Part-Time Home which bring to Morby Centrum the first stop of the T-bana red line

Points for improvement * despite the indication that personel would be at the desk at certain times on work days, we never saw anyone there; we incidentally crossed the personnel that cleans the rooms * the only point of contact seems then to be the email support@... ; we sent a few emails to get towels because only to sets were provided for the room with 3 guests but never got a reply * it was indicated that every 7 days the rooms would be cleaned but despite staying 7 days one of the two rooms was never cleaned * related to the above, among the equipment of rooms it may be useful to add a long handle brush to go with the provided dustpan; there very small brush provided does not help brushing the floor

Great price, clean, safe area with good room facilities. Near local supermarkets, 5 mins by bus/20 walking, so can use cooking facilities. Transport into Stockholm easy using local transport. Restaurant on site was good, including takeaway service. Climbed town hall tower for views, Natural History Museum great for young children.

Very warm room- make sure you switch off the underfloor heating via control panel by door. Needs a bit more consistency in catering equipment in room- no cork screw!

I don't believe breakfast was available, but I visited the restaurant (Magnolia) several times for lunch. The food and service was excellent, and the dagens lunch is a great value. Clean room, good size, tasteful furnishings, good amenities, great common space areas, very comfortable reception area (which is important, despite being unstaffed). Though the location in Arninge makes for a long multi-connection commute into the city, having a bus stop with multiple routes so close by was very convenient. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings that make for some nice forest walks. Very pleasant and helpful cleaning and management staff.

The wi-fi signal was a bit weak, and dropped a few times. Laundry facilities were sometimes a bit overcrowded and/or dirty.

Good size rooms, well equipped and clean. Restaurant which is located in the hotel buidling is serving great food and the location was perfect for us, with a nearby park for kids. Good communication with the hotel management when needed.

The only minor dislike was that it was very warm in the room

Peaceful location, with great bus links to station and local facilities making it ease to get into the centre of Stockholm. Bonus with good restaurant on site, several supermarkets within 15 minute walk, meant we could cater in room. Very clean and comfortable.

Never saw a member of staff in 4 days- strange.

The room was quite spacious and on 2 levels with the bedroom been up a flight of stairs. The lounge area included a kitchen containing a microwave, kettle, stove, dishwasher and a fridge There is a car park outside which is on a paid for basis if arriving by public transport there are quite a few bus routes that connect to the local train station The location is part suburban but only a few minutes walk to the countryside and there is a lake near by. Overall a nice and enjoyable stay .

Unfortunately the TV did not included any terrestrial channels and seemed to work only by streaming things over the Internet

Location was great , parking was easy, accommodation was comfortable, it was very quiet !

No one to speak to personally on site. Limited room information Food vending machine would have been handy when arriving late internationally and no breakfast option.

Perfect location for us as our son lives in the vicinity. Comfortable beds and kitchen equipment ideal to make your own breakfast. On the whole very clean. A good restaurant in the building.

Only provided with one pillow per guest! No-one to ask for another. Bits of scrap paper under the bed.

Clean space and well utilized. Bear in mind that it is very far from town, In my case it was not an issue.

I only had one blinder in my room so i was difficult to get a full night sleep
