Excellent service, friendly and helpful beyond what one usually expects. Delightful breakfast. Nice details in room: umbrella (even though it was sunny); complimentary ear plugs; and enough sockets to recharge everything, a rarity in hotels! Also very quiet, essential for me when travelling.

The location couldn't have been better, absolutely perfect for strolling along Strandvagan and walking into the city centre! Lovely hotel, great breakfast with lots of choice and always well stocked, well worth it. Lovely twin room with super comfy beds. The only minor downside was that you forget in a city about the noise from the late night happiness outside : )) no problems with earplugs provided :)) Can't fault anything. I'd like to say a big Thank you to M.Reyes in the breakfast room who was always smiling....& you keep smiling girl!, chatty and super friendly, you make a difference! Also to Mavis on Reception who was really very helpful, Thank you. I'd definitely stay in this hotel again.

Location perfect for restaurants, boat trips and only 10-15 minutes walk to old town. 15 minute walk from train station. Queen double room good size, really comfy beds and good quality pillows etc. Our room was well equipped and situated at the back and quiet except for an outside fan constantly humming directly opposite our window which meant we didn't open it. Teenagers room at the front, lots of music, hussle and bustle creating nice atmosphere early in the evening on Thursday to Saturday. Very quiet on Sunday and Monday though. Earplugs are provided ! Fabulous breakfast buffet and help yourself fancy coffee machine,, even a separate table for vegans, happy daughter. Bread warm and fresh, we couldn't get enough of the rye bread! Buffet topped up regularly, we only know because of waiting so long for our teenagers to come downstairs. Staff were lovely and friendly. We would definitely stay there again. Already recommended to friends !

Intermittent noise from plumbing and room close to outside extraction fan. (I'm possibly more noise sensitive than most so maybe not an issue for others). No towel rail in the bathroom so difficult to hang towels or clothes up anywhere. Seems odd not one there. Lighting for mirror not great in bathroom. Children's room on the other hand had a rain shower and a good towel rail, better lighting. Looked like it had recently had a makeover. Very nice.

The staff were super attentive and offered us breakfast to go as we were leaving a 5am. This included a very generous sandwich, fresh fruit and coffee. The facilities were as advertised and pleasant. My room had underfloor heating in the bathroom and plenty of space. The hotel was quiet and comfortable.

Wifi was patchy in my room and slow. The street next door has a few bars along it and was a bit noisy up until 10pm. I can imagine that on a weekend, it may be quite loud. The room was also quite warm and it didn't seem easy to turn the heating down. I inevitably just turned it off.

Very good location: I would say it is a city center. Nice personal: friendly, helping, speak English. We were traveling with the dog and the hotel is dog friendly, even there are dog cookies and water, towels in the enterance. We see that for the first time! Easy thing but very 👍. Room is bigger than usually hotels have. Very big nice window, but at the same time good, almost blackout curtains. Breakfast was also very good (nothing special, but not cheap at all and great variety). It was very rainy day and we were all morning outside before the check-in time, but they prepared our room earlier and let us in before the actual time! It was very kind, especially because we were with the small baby and a dog.

During night it was quite noisy from the street. Very slippery bathroom floor.

The overall experience was great, the room was very comfortable, the staff was very kind with my pet, there was a pet corner with cookies and water which I found a very sweet detail. The breakfast had several options and everything was delicious, they also had vegetarian and vegan options, which I loved. The location is great, as there are restaurants and stores nearby, without forgetting that there is a train and bus stop nearby.

the area is a bit noisy, which it is inevitable because of all the commerce in the area, but earplugs are provided in the room.

The location was perfect - In the city centre close to restaurants, bars, shops but also conveniently located on a quiet side street. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was great, large selection of things to choose from and the staff were very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend !

The only issue was that the room was a bit too warm and the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough to cool it down . Everything else was great though

Hotel offers a great value for money. The only downside is that during the weekend (Friday afternoon-Saturday eve) it gets very loud on the streets. Our room was on the 1st floor and faced the street and we couldn’t fall asleep till 2am. Otherwise it’s a fab hotel with surprising attention to detail. Like dog treats and paw 🐾 cleaning tools near the entrance, fresh juice shots at the breakfast and many more. Would definitely recommend staying but ask for quite room.

Noise on the streets during weekend

The staff was always very helpful and friendly specially housekeepers (Melina is a lovely woman). Breakfast is excellent. The best espresso in Stockholm! Room and public spaces very cleaned. We had an huge room, we had a free upgrade that we really appreciated I travelled alone with my daughter and I can highly recommend this hotel to families since this is located close to all the main attractions, specially kids attractions. Thank you!

Superb location, walking distance of the Old town, lovely room, excellent breakfast and charming staff. I was allowed a late checkout too.

1) Mattress was too soft though i wrote in beforehand saying i needed a hardmattress because of 4 slipped discs. 2) would be nice to have evening cocktails complimentary- just a few bottles of wine in the library would make for a wonderful atmosphere for say a pre prandial hour at 6 pm daily for 30 mins for guests to mingle and meet each other and the staff? it engenders brand loyalty.
