NH Express Las Artes

The location for the City of Arts & Sciences is fantastic and access to the historical centre is easy via the bus stop directly opposite the hotel (number 35 bus). The parking is under the hotel and extremely convenient and that plus the location and price was why we booked here. Parking is around 18€ per day. The facilities were basic but clean and for the price charged we were extremely happy. Note: access to the parking and the spaces are all quite tight so take care if you have a slightly larger vehicle!

There was traffic noise even though we didn't have a room at the front, we thought the window must be open but it was shut. The rooms really could do with decent double glazing to block out noise, which there probably is in the adjacent sister hotel (Artes) but then again it's more expensive to stay there so I guess you get what you pay for and the traffic noise wasn't a deal breaker at the price.

The hotel is right inside the city with their own garage (a bit tight). Shot out to Erik and Cristina at reception for friendly and proffesional service. And to the maintenance guy who help us find a better space to put the car. Showing us the way to reception, Best service right there for all.

We are greatfull for a nice room. Due to connecting door next to another room with no sound insulation at all. Those guests did not observed the quite time by 10 pm were loud and noisy. Waited for 1 hour before I called to reception about it hoping they would quite down.

Very good for a 3-star hotel. Everything clean, comfortable and pleasant. Good to be accommodated with the pet for a small cost! Good location and nice views on a beautiful park. Special thanks to our room maid, really good, polite and professional!

The air conditioning system is old and needs to heat up several hours before the room gets cool, which is critical for July in Valencia. A bit disappointed that we were not accommodated on the same floor (we had 2 rooms booked for our family). In general all good.

Great location for Dubai new centre and precinct. Hotel Breakfast is exceptional in quality and selection. Comfy wide bed. Accommodated our dog with an expected charge. Under hotel parking BUT be aware VERY tight entry and exit for all sized cars... Has leccy plugins but the 3 I saw were sat on all night with the same cars....

Large chip on the bath which had been painted over and when wetted by running the bath contaminated the bath water.

We were very pleased with the hotel. The room has everything you need, even a coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom had all the necessary accessories. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is excellent, a large selection of food from local products, pastries, juices. Hotel takes care of different nutritional needs, for example, there was regular milk, lactose-free, soy and others. The hotel is located in a convenient area

The room is small, not suitable for a long stay. The room does not have a balcony to dry things after swimming in the sea.

Very nice modern hotel with spacious rooms and a fridge included. Shower was fantastic and beds extremely comfortable

Although perfectly located for the science museum it is a very long walk from the city centre with very little in the way of good local bars and amenities close by.

Really enjoyed staying at the hotel: the room was reasonably priced, and albeit it was a bit too small, it had everything that is needed and most importantly, the furniture was located so that you could actually use it (I've been to a great deal of hotels which technically had a desk and a chair, but you couldn't use them because there wasn't enough space between the chair and the bed). Bed was really comfy, the facilities are new and everything was really clean (even the bathroom next to reception was spotless). The location is perfect: 5-7 min walking from the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, and just across the road from the bus stop from which you could get to the city centre and Estacion del Nord train station. The staff was very nice and friendly as well.

The room size was a bit small, but given the room price and the fact that it had all you needed, it wasn't an issue.

Nice hotel , fantastic location , especially if you visit Valencia to explore the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. The room was of decent size and the bed quite comfortable .Breakfast was good value for money

Staff attitude. The hotel did not have soap and they did not provide one . They only had little bottles of only liquid wash body . When i asked for soap , they did not have and the attitude of the staff was bad The fact of not having soap was not an issue but the attitude of the staff was far from correct . Parking at the hotel was quite expensive and around the hotel it is difficult to park for free.

Very helpful staff. Very good selection for breakfast although this was taken at the sister hotel next door. Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the Arts and Science Park.

Not enough storage space. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

minor in our case, limited areas to sit together. it’s a large hotel with small public area. Breakfast only, no bar. sister hotel next door will help there
