A good hotel in a nice area with easy access to food, shops (market place next door) and underground parking connected to the hotel. Decent sized room for a one night or couple of nights stay. Beds - comfortable, clean Bath - decent sized, clean with toiletries all provided AC - good and no issues with cooling the room Parking - Underground garage in the next door building which is a marketplace Staff and service - Friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check out early, leave our baggage in the storage room. Public transport - Access seems to be ok with a train station not far off and bus stops in walking distance. We walked from the hotel to all the places so cannot comment on the public transportation overall. The hotel is a 20/30 mins walking distance from the main areas Restaurants - Within walking distance Breakfast options - We did not include so cannot comment but there is breakfast option. The lobby has a nice, strong coffee vending machines and the espresso was great.

The wifi didn’t work well in my room

It wasn't far from the city center and it was very clean and quiet. Also, the staff was nice which always makes the stay better.

The ac temperature was way too low, to the point we had to use blankets in the middle of summer. It is true though this is something we could have probably fixed by calling the reception since it was fixed and couldn't be modified from the room, so probably not really a problem if you ask for it to be turned up a bit.

Very nice room, worth 4* standard. The location was good near the "Palmera" avenue. It is not in the historical center of the city but you can walk in 30 min if you like. The parking is in the basement of the hotel which allows to start your day fast if you are there for work.

The price of the parking was not included in the price of the room. It was 15 € per day which is not exaggerated but neither cheap

receptionist spoke great English and was super helpful and kind and very professional. she was also super friendly and lovely.

just one snag, it was almost 80 degrees that day and the air con is turned off for “winter” months so with ceiling to floor windows it was EXTREMELY hot in the room. one window could be opened only a crack so was very uncomfortable, especially as we had spent the day sightseeing so was exhausted and needed to have a nap, but was too hot!!!!!

We picked the hotel for its proximity to Real Betis football stadium as we were going to a match. The hotel was easy to access from the airport and within walking distance to central Seville and close to a bus stop with regular services. The hotel was clean. Nice large bathroom, huge windows with a good view of the residential side of the city. The bed was very comfortable. Business style hotel.

The staff were not particularly friendly. I had asked if they had any masks or where I could get one and I was met with a very unhelpful, solid ‘no’.

Writing on behalf of my son and daughter who were the guests...The hotel was situated close to where we needed to be for the weekend. We appreciated the balcony as well as the air conditioning. Check in and Check out were easy.

The hotel's address did not match where Maps showed its location. Fortunately, the taxi driver knew where to go. We weren't able to take advantage of the breakfast.

We choose the apartment because it is relatively close to the city center (20 minutes to Parque de Maria Luisa by foot, but there are also buses that go in that direction) and has a parking garage. The garage is underground, it has plenty of space, it's shared with the hospital and it costs 15€ a day. The breakfast was good, with plenty of food to choose, the room was nice and clean and the bathroom was really spatious with a bath tub.

perfect place to stay if you have conferences close by, either way well located in general. Staff were always kind and respectful. As my room was ready before my check-in time, I got to do my check-in early. Everything was really clean and felt safe the whole time.

In general everything was really good. I wish I have had different choice of breakfast but this is not a complain, probably just something I did not see or could not found.

Nice views of the city, walking distance to public transport and close to the airport. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff all were very friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast with a lot of variety . I will definitely book this hotel again next time.
