Good location Kind and helpful staff Comfortable room

When we reached at the room, we found hairs up to the sheet beds. I called the cleaning lady and she told me that the cleaner who cleaned the room was young. Fortunately, they changed the bedsheets immediately. The bathroom smelt terrible. The wifi connection wasn't good.

I booked a room with city view however because I got a knee problem (peregrinos) just days before arrival at the hotel, the handsome tall receptionist gave me a room for disabled, I didn’t request for it but because he saw me limping He thought it was a better option and thank God for I needed the bathroom for disabled at the time. The room was clean and large, the bellboys and greeters were all attentive too, they even let me use a wheelchair for free. I was able to get around short distances with the w/c. Most of the time we use Uber. I really appreciate everything. Also the hotel’s restaurant food was good, nicely dressed local people eat there , waiters were nice and attentive...I was craving for a hamburger sandwich after checking in and the hotel’s restaurant didn’t disappoint, we ate our quick bkfast at the hotel’s resto too. ( didn’t try the bkfast buffet) but looks like they have good selections. Location is walking distance to most places to visit in Madrid. We will surely book Hotel Liabeny in the future trip to Madrid again. Stayed 3 nights😊

Just a suggestion only, pls put a room diffuser in the bathroom- they don’t cost much and it will make it perfect 😊 I have seen it in some hotel rooms we stayed. Its more welcoming when the room smells extra nice 😊

The hotel seems to make a point of the fact that they will not provide tea/coffee making facilities in the room. For a hotel of this quality, I think that this is simply an old-fashioned attitude and a little insulting to guests.

Very central hotel in the heart of Madrid, my 2nd stay there, rooms are very clean, nice Italian shower, temperature very easy to adjust, it felt very comfortable, I really enjoyed my stay and will come back as soon as I can

The location is about as good as it gets. Front desk was very helpful in lending umbrella, covid testing, recommendations, and parking. Parking garage was very convenient for being right in the center of the city.

We initially requested a quiet room and we could hear everyone around (hallway, rooms next to us and above us). So we requested to change room and they put us in a room on the top floor without neighboring other occupied rooms. The switch was quick and the second room was extremely quiet.

Very central but quiet (and for the city center it's unusual), the room is very comfort, clean and nice designed, very clean and comfort bathroom, amazing mattress in the bed, very good breakfast, located near 3 central metro station (4 metro lines), 120m from Gran Via, 150m from Corte Ingles - good shopping and very good restaurants. WiFi was excellent (next time gonna work online there), friendly staff. I also ordered the kettle tray for 5 euro per night, it includes tea bags, sugar, 2 bottles of mineral water, lotus cookies.

The price of the room does not include a kettle. But you can get it for 5 euro extra, including mineral water, cookies, tea bags, sugar, so it can solve the problem. Did not find how to use their phone ;) - in the last day I put the attention that it printed on the room key :)

An excellent hotel in the heart of Madrid, close to most attractions, shopping, metro, it is so convenient. Even though it is a stone throw from Puerta del Sol, the rooms are quiet, soundproofing of the rooms are excellent. The rooms are totally renovated, modern and functional, very clean, comfortable beds and great shower. Excellent price value ratio. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They keep track of items left behind by guests for up to a year, unheard of.

Wifi is a bit slow. Small charge for kettle if one wants it. To some people, it would be better to price it in the room price and provide for free or explicitly stated extra charge in the amenities.

The hotel arranged someone to come to our rooms to do the Covid test before returning to the US for 50 euros, it was convenient for my parents. We had a triple, there was a sliding door separating the two rooms which I really appreciated. Clean bathrooms and close to the subway. Safe seeming neighborhood.

Perfect location, very close to Sol metro stop and lots of stores, supermarkets and restaurants just outside the door. WiFi great, smart TV with YouTube, room sound proof to outside noises. Beds very comfortable and shower was great with good temps and water pressure. Staff very friendly and helpful. Oh yeah, gym small but has everything need for a decent work out.

I may have missed something, but booking.com showed 4 nights @ £297 but I got charged £320. No big deal, but something to be wary of if you budget for certain amount. Maybe it was tourist tax or something, not sure why the difference

18 euros a bit too much for breakfast.

Please don't charge 5 euros for using a kettle in the room. We travel a lot, however, never met with such a "service" before.
