Boutique Hotel H10 Big Sur - Adults Only

It was a great experience overall. The staff at the reception desk was warm, helpful. We chose to have breakfast and dinner at the hotel and it was the best choice. The food and the service at the restaurant was very good and the New Year's Eve was a great event, the decorations the quality of the food and wine was excellent. Extremely accommodating and we loved their cat... the pool area was perfect.

Nothing.... honestly we travel every year for New Year's eve and this was an excellent trip. The location is ok, is not premium but the hotel is, hence eating at the hotel is your best choice. if you want to dine, you want to go further up, La Caleta...

location of the property was great. fun little crazy golf at the front of the hotel which also made easy access to the paseo where there were avoid choice of restaurants and bars I have never stayed in a hotel with such attentive and friendly staff. Andrés in the cactus bar especially and Barrita I think his name was in the restaurant. they were all so lovely

early morning knocks on the door for cleaning of rooms. even with the sign on the door I could hear the cleaners knocking on other doors. this was before 08:30 in the morning. slamming of doors was annoying. maybe a sign on the doors to remind people to close them gently would be an idea. it was really frustrating

Comfortable room. Gorgeous view. Super friendly staff. Very nice quality food. Prime location. Good entertainment each night, which is always a bonus.

Smoking allowed on balconies - we had chain smokers sitting on the balcony of the room next door, which wasn't pleasant. I don't think they even went out - just sat chain smoking all day. Smoking also allowed right next to the entertainment bar - may as well have allowed smokers in. Please ban smoking on balconies and have a designated smoking area far away from the open plan entertainment bar.

Lovely hotel and staff

Actually, I feel disappointed and let down by booking.com in this instance. I specified in my booking that I was traveling alone, however the reception staff informed me that there was a cheaper rate for single guests, and that booking.com had charged me for two people, even though I specified I was traveling alone. So booking.com overcharged me. If booking.com can offer compensation, then I will change this review. If not, I probably won't use booking.com again, as my trust in the website has been damaged.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The only concern about our room was that it was next to the elevator and maybe being too loud but that was not the case. Very quiet at night because of the age group,60’s and up. The nightly entertainment was great as well. Our first time to the Canary’s and didn’t know what to expect but would definitely like to come back again. Very walkable destination to any of the beaches and restaurants in Los Cristianos,Las Américas and Adeje. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a trip to remember. We would definitely recommend this hotel and staff for the first time traveler to the Canary Islands.

Maids every day cleaned thoroughly my room I was at differents hotels but in here maids was the best !!! Receptionist also were very kindly !!!! On the restaurants was good and kind staff Hotel has the best location near sea and next to promenade

Only drawback I was vomiting after one of the dinners through whole night and at the morning right before departure by plane it was stressful for me. I remember that marinated chicken and garlic sauce was distasteful maybe that’s why. But generally food was very tasty and healthy and fresh. I think that it was a one-off incident. Anyone can happen.

Absolutely beautiful. Stunning rooms, clean pool, lovely sea view. Food was delicious. We were half board. We had booked an outside restaurant one day, we ended up cancelling and having dinner at the hotel as it was great. Went as group of 5 mums and booked our own sea view rooms. On arrival each got upgraded to ones with terrace too, lovely touch and highly recommend those rooms. Also received a lovely welcome sweet platter. Plus complimentary Nespresso machines with pods and daily Lindt chocolate in each room. Made the stay impeccable. The pool was lovely, clean, great to chill by it in peace. As soon as you walk out of the hotel. within minutes there are so many nice restaurants and beaches. The beach near the resort is working beach but still very peaceful and view still gorgeous. As you walk down within minutes there is more beaches to relax on if wanted. Evening entertainment was interesting on two of the three days

None really Maybe upgrade some of the evening entertainment, one day it wasn’t great but all personal choice to that really. We realised on the day of departure that some items in the mini bar may have been complimentary, would have been nice to have know this at arrival.

Such a beautiful hotel. we loved everything about it. the staff are fabulous, everything is beautifully clean and immaculately presented. We had a sea view room with a private terrace with Sun loungers and chairs to sit out and enjoy the view. The rooms are really well appointed and felt like a real luxury stay. The beds were so comfortable, the room temperature was easy to manage with the air conditioning. it was always so peaceful and relaxing both in the rooms but also by the poolside and on the roof top terrace. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool reading our books and listening to the birds singing away in the beautiful landscaping. The staff are brilliant, really friendly and can’t do enough for you. They helped us to provide a cake and some bubbly to be delivered to the room for the birthday girl. There are lots of really nice extra touches that make it such a lovely experience; robes and slippers in the room, nespresso machine with pods topped up every day, little chocolates each evening, complimentary bottled water, and lots of little vanity items in the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and within the buffet room there is a station where food is cooked freshly for you on demand. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our vegetarian friend could enjoy as many food options as possible. The evening entertainment was really good fun and we loved sitting out enjoying a drink with the beautiful views of the sea. There are shops, bars and restaurants just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, with some really lovely options for lunch. You can also get a taxi to Las Americas for around €10 if you want to venture further out. We LOVED staying here and will be booking up straight away to come back again next year. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us and making a fabulous holiday for a group of busy mums. It was perfect!

Nicely refurbished public areas and bedrooms rooms; attractive views over the harbour; room was large, well-appointed, comfortable and pleasantly decorated (though I think calling it 'boutique' is a bit of a stretch!); very good - and very extensive - buffet breakfast and dinner; extremely pleasant staff (not always the case on Tenerife, unfortunately); not too big

Seriously overpriced; orange juice at breakfast was vile - more like orange squash: I expect better (ideally freshly squeezed juice) when I'm paying that kind of money

The smell from drains i the room Absolutely no extraction When reported looks like it was flushed with the shower hose this did not work very unhygienic complete lack of maintanance for drains to smell also no extraction i carried out a test.
