Hotel Villa De Lerma

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Pet friendly. We and some other guests were handed a 50cl bottle of Arlanza red wine post breakfast before departure which was a very kind gesture.

We were unlucky that the heating didn't come on initially in our room, but, the charming Hostess sorted it very quickly after we reported it. The location is in a very narrow set of streets and I didn't want to risk manoeuvring a 7 seater vehicle into the parking garage. That said it would be okay for most and in any case, parking in the main square is not far and perfectly safe.

Perfect place to stay! Very cosy city. Superb room and they were very welcoming for our dog. We have stayed in a lot of hotels where dogs are welcome, but it had consequences for the cleanliness. THAT WASN’T THE CASE HERE, IT WAS SO CLEAN! We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff is perfect!

Room didn’t have airconditioning, but we still slept ok. Wasn’t too hot.

Hotel itself was good and the room/facilities were adequate. Local amenities were close by and plenty of choice for restaurants/cafes. Hotel breakfast was basic but sufficient for our requirements.

The location was very central and not easy to enter the underground car park with an SUV! Not made aware at the time of booking that I had to reserve a car park space. No other car parks near the hotel if there were no spaces left. Luckily I was OK.

Reception was excellent, friendly and helpful. Very good location. Very clean and warm. Excellent breakfast with a lovely waitress. Dog friendly. We were park very close by outside. The lovely plants in the entrance, reception and bar area.

The lovely cafe/bar downstairs didn’t seem to be open and we would have liked to use it.

The place was very good. The staff was extremely kind and always willing to help at any time. Julia and her team are so great. The location is perfect and they have private parking (very convenient). Wi-fi worked very well. Lerma is very beautiful and interesting. We walk the whole city.

Neighbours (I think they were a vacation group) from other building were very noisy so we have to close the curtains and it went little hot in the room.

The location is perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent value for money, clean, spacious. Breakfast was just what we needed. The underground car park was also good.

Lovely little hotel tucked away in a side street but in a fabulous central location. Immaculately clean and with a lovely terrace to sit out on. Reception staff were so nice and friendly. I would recommend booking a space in the garage as this is very convenient.

It was quite hot, so air con would have been nice as the window didn’t open very far - but I’m being very picky as the price you pay represents very good value for money.

Very difficult to bring the car up (due to location, we eventually gave up as all street were pedestrianised because of a feria) but we could park downtown without any problem. We just needed to bring the luggage up.

The rooms, very comfortable and clean.

There was a construction work going outside that made it difficult to reach. And we had a hard time trying to check in, but in the end someone from the staff helped us via telephone call

Superb location. Lerma is so pretty and hotel is right in the centre of the old town. Beautiful. Very helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable and warm room. Quiet. Dog was made welcome
