Portals Hills Boutique Hotel

Staying at Portals Hills was an amazing experience and I can’t praise enough how much I would recommend to book a stay there. Whether you are traveling with children or without Portals Hills meets all expectations. The staff especially Mariana, is so utterly kind and never fails to put a smile on your face. The rooms are clean and modern, as is the hotel itself. What we especially liked was that it didn’t give off a busy atmosphere due to being a boutique hotel. Lastly, I truly recommend the yacht experience with Portals Hills. We booked the sunset tour and it was definitely a year highlight. The views from the boat were spectacular and Juanma the Captain was also really nice. 10/10 recommend.

Their selection of food was great however, could perhaps in future expand a little and have more variation.

This is a fabulous hotel, the rooms and service are outstanding. The staff are the best staff I have ever come across in a hotel,they go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The location is fantastic and the surroundings of the hotel are beautiful. We stayed here for our Honeymoon and we couldn’t of chose anywhere better. The breakfast is also fabulous on a beautiful terrace. Thank you for making our honeymoon perfect ❤️

I have been beyond satisfied by the service and mostly the kind approach of Marianne, who took care of all my requests before and during my stay. The hotel was so beautiful, with a luxurious ambience. The delicious breakfast provided a irriplaceable view from the terrace.

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and bright with great balconies/terraces with sea views (from an elevated distance). It is close enough to the town of Portals Nous (4 min walk), to the beach (11 min walk) and to Puerto Portal (18 min walk). But you never really need to leave - the food is great, the pool is stunning and the staff are amongst the friendliest and helpful that I have ever come across.

We have just stayed 4 nights at this gorgeous hotel. The staff are its biggest asset but the facilities and breakfasts were also excellent. I would especially recommend pui the beautician who works in the on-site spa who provided a fantastic pedicure. Thank you 🙏

Additional outside lighting on the steps from the car park and into the resteraunt / quiet area would be of benefit as we nearly slipped on stairs when returning from an evening out. As a warning to others the hotel plays loud house music from 11.00 to 11.00 which maybe some peoples preference but it wasn’t ours. They did reduce the bass when we asked tho.

the staff were without exception super friendly, helpful and went way beyond just duty. The location brilliant - easy tp walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. We loved the balcony and sea view, and the loungers were very comfy

The constant music around the pool really bothered me, and seemed to be out of place in such an exclusive and lovely place - I'm not at all sure most guests want that. Granted, there is a 'quiet' area, but it was a bit far from the pool

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff couldn't do enough for you. We will definitely be returning and have since recommended to friends and family. Special thanks to Jonathan and Lis for being so wonderful and attentive during our stay! The spa was also amazing, I had one of the best massages I've ever had.

Breakfast was excellent and all staff very friendly and helpful, recommended some lovely restaurants and places of interest. Location was perfect for us 5 mins from portals marina with fabulous restaurants 20 mins from Parma so fantastic location. Thank u to all the staff at portals hills boutique hotel for making our stay so enjoyable.

I can not reccomend this hotel highly enough. This has to be one of, if not the best place weve stayed.. The hotel is exceptional, in a beautiful location, The entire hotel is kept immaculately clean at all times and the service is exceptional. The thing that really makes this the best hotel is the staff. Every single person you encounter make you feel so welcome. From the first day right up to the last moments we was treated with so much kindness. They really go out of thier way to make your stay special. There genuinly isnt a single thing i would of changed or could of asked for. The staff have a great knowledge of the island so all recommendations on places to eat and visit we recieved was absolutely perfect. The pool area is fantastic with great music all day and a music free area if preferred. And the food options are great too.. We dont often re visit hotels as we like to try somewhere new each year.. but i have to say we will certainly be coming here again soon. Thank you to everyone that made our stay so special 🙂😎 .
