location was create, rooms and bathrooms were kept clean by staff, breakfast was provided. staff was super friendly and nice

the common area/breakfast area always smelled of oil/food (not in a super pleasant way) if they can figure out how to get that smell gone this place would be a 10 out of 10

The fact that they were arranging dinner just for Korean people. I think they could try to mix foreigners with Korean. I’m sure some Korean will love it, and, of course, also foreigners.

Good location, nearby Jeju city bus terminal with good connection and easy to get to the airport. The bedroom has a big space, window and lockers with key. Beds have a curtain. There is also a kind of common make up area in the room area, with hairdryer, comb,... available. There is free breakfast as from 6 am, though it is very basic (jam and peanut butter). Good when you have to go early to the airport. Soap, shampoo are provided in the bathrooms. Staffs are helpful.

Eggs would be prepared by staff for breakfast, but only as from 8:30. Would have been nice if they are prepared much earlier. One of the bathrooms' handle doesn't work properly; you have to pull it up instead of down before the door can be opened. So, you can get trapped in the bathroom for some time when you don't know this.

Very close to the Intercity Bus Station. Should you need easy access to it, the location works very well because it is the other side of the road. Very handy if you need to use buses on the island as you have a number of routes there. Easy access to airport. Nice spacious dorm room. Privacy curtains. Breakfast & laundry are offered. Staff would help with Laundry requests when enquiring at the reception desk.

Lockers could have been bigger.

The guesthouse is extremely well located for anyone who travels by bus, it’s next to the Jeju Bus terminal, very practical. The beds were comfy and it was easy to have intimacy. It was nice to have a female-only building. There were lots of bathrooms so we didn’t have to wait to wash up. There’s also a beauty room with dryers for everyone. Overall very chill, awesome quality for the price, would go again!

It isn’t very soundproof. We stayed on the main floor and we could hear everything all the time. The hair dryers on the main floor have no time limit, so people used it at 5am and we were woken up. Other guests often made lots of noise very early in the morning. Moreover, we were disappointed by the breakfast. There was no milk, no juice, no cereal - only coffee, jam, peanut butter and once piece of toast allowed per person. We found that quite shocking since once piece of toast isn’t much at all.

The location was very convenient as it was right next to Jeju City's bus terminal, and only about 30 minutes from the ferry terminal by bus. The rooms were very big and the beds comfortable, the showers were clean and the common space was warm and inviting. Breakfast was very good, and the overall ambience of the guesthouse was very pleasant. Staff was very kind and helpful, very friendly.

All the amenities from a hostel you could ever ask for, plus in an ideal location by the bus terminal, and only 10 minutes from the airport. Friendly staff and convivial atmosphere in the common room.

The curtain on my bunk bed didn’t fully close, so I woke up a couple of times during the night.

Staffs are all very nice and helpful. It has a spacious comfortable lobby open till 11pm and basement to store big luggages if necessary. Self-served simple breakfast is good for early people. Low price, good location and very near airport.

Hotel's location is good and quite close to the airport, I can take a bus to easily catch an early flight. Hotel offers breakfast from 6:00am that is quite thoughtful for people who'd like to check out at very early time. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location is great, 50m to bus terminal, 30m to convenience store.

Probably staff don’t speak much English, but not really a big problem, we still understand each other with body language.
