Centum Premier Hotel

Extremely helpful staff and great facilities, I enjoyed my stay and it's close to BEXCO if you're here for a convention. The train station is pretty close and at Centum City, so it's a few stops away from Haeundae. The hotel knows their audience and general guest type so it helped that there was English around so I could understand most things in the hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of a clock in the hotel room, I used my phone to keep time, but because the hotel was great at blocking out sunlight, sometimes I wasn't sure what time it was immediately.

The room was very comfortable, the air-conditioning worked very well, and the shower was excellent. Worth noting the high-tech toilet, which was pretty awesome (although it is pretty common in South Korea). The staff was very polite and spoke English very well.

Breakfast needs to be bought on a daily basis and it is not included in the price. Once I overslept and could not use my voucher. I understand they probably do this to avoid wasting food, but I wonder if there is no better way of doing that. They also say there is a pool lounge, but, when you get there, the lights are off and there is nobody. I went there with a colleague and pretty soon a staff member came to say that it was going to be closed (9 pm). Also, in the room, there is a paper with the prices of the amenities, including water. In the end, I was not charged with water consumption, but this is clearly something I misunderstood. I think there might be another way of making it clear what is charged and what is not.

The location is A+. The water pressure in the shower is amazing! The room layout is pretty good - lots of space. Very close to a couple of Starbucks and very easy to get a taxi!

The mirror in the bathroom is not accessible. Too hard to get a close look because too much sink stuck out. Also, the platform that the bed is on caught both of us in the shin when we were moving around the bed. I’ll be bruised for days! Also, if one person is in bathroom, there is no toilet or running water. Would love a room with the toilet separate so I could still access sink while someone is using toilet.

We stayed for a conference at BEXCO so the location was superb. We could walk there in a few minutes. There are convenience stores around and good coffee shops. The area is very clean and safe. There are good restaurants around and really really close to Shinsagae and Lotte Mall.

One of the staff didn't help us call a taxi which was weird because all other subsequent receptionists were more than helpful with calling taxi.

The room was very nice. It was pretty big, the bathrooms are also pretty good. They provide you with slippers which I appreciate. Location is right next to the Shinsegae mall - which is huge! Pretty close to the river, you can see the bay from my window.

They didn’t have early check in which was kind of a bummer. Not a big deal, since I just waited in the lobby. I understand they were checking in large groups for a competition happening the next day.

Heated drawer. I am assuming it is to keep food warm. Everything in bathroom was great. Japanese style toilets.

Limited space in closet. It lacked shelves and only 2 hangers were provided. Need to walk to the switch near the TV to switch it off. There is a switch near the bed but it is only to turn off all the lights.

Room was comfortable enough and always clean. View from windows could be better. Location is good, near to BEXCO.

Comfortable and clean room. Good pool and fitness center. Hotel stuff are professional and always ready to help to customer. Good organization of breakfast. Delicious food. I would like to come back together with my friends.

Location near the BEXCO centre where the conference I was attending was held. Everything was very clean and the breakfast buffet was good and diverse. The gym is well-equipped

The rooms are quite small. The gym aircon was put on only 1 hour after its opening, which implies that from 6am to 7am the temperature and humidity there are unbearable.

The excellent location of the hotel is very satisfying. It's near the biggest shopping malls. We paid a visit to Shinsegae, the lotte department, and museum DAH which are a few blocks away from the hotel. Our room was a superior twin and it has a very amazing view of the city. It was clean and quiet. The receptionists are very kind and willing to help. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The swimming pool was not operating.

The hotel felt extremely premium the room was comfortable and the views were great, the breakfast was decent but a little overpriced.

The room felt a little cramped, some of the facilities were not operating the pool was under renovation and the elevators were a little confusing to use.
