I liked the room we were given it gave my children a great view of the swimming pool. The breakfast was great and the beds were so comfortable we didn't want to wake up.

The parking cost. Since I will be accommodated by Southern Sun the least I would expect is for my vehicle to be protected and not additional cost from what I have already paid. When you receive a visitor you accommodate them including their positions. I was not happy with the fact that the hotel could not accommodate my car for a night.

Was very happy about our rooms, cleanliness, breakfast variety and the kids had a good time especially at the pool. The gentleman that assisted us with our booking went as far as orgarnizing a wheelchair for my daughter. Even when we asked for the iron and ironing board they helped us.

Some staff members at the restuarant seemed uninterested and impatient. First it was the ladies i found on Saturday when i enquired about dinner buffet and the one that was checking our booking at breakfast. It felt like we were at some government clinic. Their attitude was not welcoming at all.

The room was nice and clean. There was an air-conditioner that we controlled. The breakfast buffet was out of this world, the table settings were very nice, the food was tasty and there were all kind of breakfast varieties to choose from, the dining hall was very clean, the chefs and staff were so kind including the reception crew. All in all it was a 10 for me and will definitely recommend and come again.

On arrival we ordered lunch at the bar which took forever to come, we waited close to 2hrs

The noise was terrible. Taxis hooting all day until late night and first thing in the morning. My worst experience ever. The breakfast was just something else. Waiting for food to be replaced took forever and the fish was just my worst. The fish with lots of bones, they said were chewable, but I couldn't eat it with all those bones protruding everywhere. Not my cup of tea at all..

The Reception & Harambe Staff Were Amazing. Check In & Check Our Was Super. The Shuttle Service Was Provided As Requested. My breakfast issue was sorted even though it was late thanks to Ma Martha & Thulani.

My breakfast was 2 hours late because no one took the breakfast tag. A lady staffer was more worried about the R200 fee at 8am when my food was already an hour late. Got my food at 08:50 while I was on my way out without the cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries and others... Mostly hot breakfast was served.

Room was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfy. Garden and pool was well maintained and beautiful. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

There was a couple fighting at the pool area on the day we checked in. The man was swearing and screaming loud. It made it ugly and terrible for us and our kids. It spoiled the athmosphere of that afternoon outside at the pool. What was supposed to be a calming athmosphere was tense and ugly.

The first entrance is closed, one has to use the entrance that looks like a drop off entrance not the main. The board that tells you that you're there is small and in the garden like spot . It does not light up at night, it's difficult to see on the buisy road the hotel is located.

I liked the cleanliness of the facility and the buffet breakfast was very delicious and ous Martha at the admin was the best and explained everything in detail with a smile

What I did not like the rudeness of the bartender who worked that night,when it's the first time you go to a place somethings need to be explained to not to be rude.
