When booking on list of things you advertise fridge yet in actual fact there won’t be any. When you go to complain about it staff attitude seems like they are doing you a favor. Your reception staff should always be friendly not attitude. If you report to the front desk of things not working in your room they will just it’s going to be fixed and nothing happened. Plugs were not working and telephone in room 441 and nothing was repaired ended up buying power bang for phone charger and also air conditioning system not properly working. The door was not locking from inside. You tell them of something and will not come back with feedback ishhhhhh haibo no. Tooo cheeky staff

Breakfast was exceptional, beyond our expectations. Staff very friendly and helpful.

There was cigarette smell in our room the first night especially from the bathroom, since my kids and I are asthmatic it was quite uncomfortable and we had to switch on the air conditioner the whole night and close the bathroom door . We did report at reception in the morning and it was better until the next morning when it started again although not bad like the previous night.

The hotel is centrally located and kept well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Would be nice if they could cater for Halaal though.

We had no milk in our room all 3 days. When asked staff for milk we were given cremora. If you have a tea and coffee station in the Room there should be milk as well. Towels we were given 4 and then the cleaner when cleaning took away 2 and never brougnt replacements. The soap as well. The used soaps were taken away and not replaced. Cleaners need to know what they doing for each room. We were 2 adults and 2 kids.

the room was clean and neat, with lovely mountain views, the pool area was clean and well maintained, and we really enjoyed the breakfast the most

the evening buffet only had 1 meat dish a vegetable dish, rice, pap and roast chicken with about 3 salads. for me personally it wasn't worth R195 as a buffet should have more of a variety and there was only 1 dessert so that was very disappointing. also, we were 4 guests but they only put one soap and shower gel in our room

The breakfast was exceptional with a variety. The staff were so friendly ans kind.. The meals prepared was catered for everyone's need with tye variety of everything from juices, fruits, meat dishes, cereals. Location was great and convenient due to many amenities close by. The part that really thrilled me beyond measure was that they allowed my kids to check out after 1pm due to travel constraints.....this never happens ever and most of the hotels i used previously is pretty strict about check out times.

Garden Court Eastgate Staff were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much hassle for them. Our room was a family room but only had 2 cups and 2 towels when we arrived. We asked for the additional towels and cups and they were brought to our room within minutes. When the coffee machine ran out of coffee at breakfast the lady brought my husband his coffee to the table! Breakfast was superb, Location was perfect to get to Eastgate Mall. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was an added bonus.

I like everything about that place,from receptionist to the whole staff.they were so friendly.i remember my child forgot her black tight at the swimming pool and we got it safe at reception.I don't mind to stay there each and every holidays I get a chance.they make feel like home .how can I forget to tell you about their breakfast, Chef I salute you my king.everything was nice.

I didn't like the prices of their drinks.they were too expensive.

The breakfasts were excellent and the rooms were very clean.

The barman was very rude and unhelpful. On Saturday, early evening round 5:30pm, we tried to get something to drink and watch some rugby but he was very disinterested in assisting and it took some convincing for him to put the TV onto the rugby and he also would not make tea or coffee for us, told us to speak to the ladies in the restaurant area. Just difficult and rude.

The hotel location is perfect and easy to find. It feels safe inside and out of the parking lot. The breakfast was delicious and filling thank you chef. The staff was great easy to talk to and full of respect.

The hotel needs a new painting and reception area needs to be modern in terms of decorations and change that round carpet at reception. The pool needs some vavavoom in terms of decorations as well.

the breckfast was very very good, croissans and the lady make goods omolets, more that the ladyy for cape town, becouse i was at cape from monday to wensday and i dident like the breackfast. the cleaners lady friendling. my falily like to much to be there, easy to go to the shopping center. thanks group for garden court,Eastgate and garden court sandton.
