Lovely modern hotel. Loving the view from the balcony - runway straight ahead and sea to the left. Great for plane spotting. Excellent transfer service from airport. Nice touches in the room - automatic lights in the bathroom so you didn’t have to fumble around for a light switch in the middle of the night. Special mention to Ravi who picked us up from the airport and Shamila - we arrived early and or room wasn’t ready so we sat at the pool bar, had a few cocktails and lunch. She really looked after us and made suggestions for food and even went to check if our room was ready. Lovely friendly lady and a credit to the hotel

A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. The pool itself is for cooling off rather than actual swimming, as very shallow

We stayed one night between flights and the hotel was great for that purpose. Close to the airport and near restaurants. The free shuttle to and from the airport was great. The hotel isn't on the beach, but is only a couple of minutes walk from Maho Beach, where you can watch the planes land and take off. Maho beach is very good for swimming. We didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the food. We also didn't use the swimming pool area, which looked beautiful, but hot and sunny.

We stayed in a "Runway view room" on the second floor. If you want to see the runway from your room or balcony, ask for the fourth floor. Our room had a view of the parking lot and road into the hotel, but not the runway. The hotel does have a viewing area for the runway on the fifth floor.

First things first I love how conveniently located the resort is from the airport literally 5 minute drive. I also appreciate how 90% of the rooms have an ocean view so you avoid any upcharge pricing. The room service staff was amazing. I think they even cleaned our room on time even when the light wasn’t on. The entire staff was very friendly, my guy Eric & Anthony were super cool and looked out for me. I did notice a lot of mixed reviews regarding the Salt restaurant on Social media, but we ate there pretty frequently and it was not disappointed at all. The pool and observation deck on the 5th floor offered amazing views of the ocean and the island mountains. They had an amazing songstress singing covering songs one night (check out the video of her in my pics) it was a beautiful vibe. You could enjoy from the vibes from your room or at the restaurant downstairs. The only reason I didn’t give the rooms a 5 star is because it was somewhat difficult to control the A/C and sometimes it was very muggy in the room but then all of the sudden it would kick on and get really cold. It’s in walking distance from a couple restaurants and the infamous beach were everyone takes pictures with the planes. Overall, I loved the property and the price and definitely would recommend staying at the Morgan again.

the food that is the ONLY reason I did not give 10/10 on my review. I don’t mind paying whatever for my food. I am a true foodie. I love and eat regularly at nice restaurants with good food. the resort is too nice for the food to be like frozen food

We found the Morgan to be paradisiacal…the pool, lighting, location and staff….. FABULOUS

When we checked in they could not locate our reservation even tho I had all the paperwork and booking info provided by booking.com. The waterfront room was not available and apparently we were fortunate to get any room at all. No balcony or waterfront view. Booking.com error or Morgan error???? Stressful for a bit

The staff were outstanding at the pool-Gabriela, Eric and Winston and valet-Carlis and Ravi. Our room was spacious (we got a suite) and our balcony was huge. I rarely write reviews but this hotel deserves a glowing review.

This is nitpicking-The light in the bathroom is on a timer so pops on in the middle of the night and turns off in the middle of a shower.

Beautiful and convenient location, with a fabulous pool.

A/C unit was broken when we arrived and there was no way to reset it. The staff did their best to respond but it took hours to get the room to a comfortable temperature, and for the price we paid, we felt there should have been more consideration for our discomfort. Also, the motion sensor in the bathroom is set so that the lights go out if you are in the shower or on the toilet for more than a few minutes, which is super annoying at night!

From in the inside out, the atmosphere, ambience, staff, pool overseeing the ocean & planes coming in & out the island. The Morgan resort was a piece of paradise. Its super diverse surroundings are made perfect for a couples trip, family or a trip for friends. The food, drinks served at Salt bar was absolutely delicious 10/10. Sat is located directly next to the pool so you can enjoy the views at anytime of day. The resort also has a swim up bar, pool slide & hot tub facing the beautiful skies & ocean views. I loved everything about the resort that it’s almost impossible to put it all in this review. This was a great experience & I can’t wait to return. Special shout out to Nick ,Devin,Louisiana Mckennly, Bernard ,Lee,Luke, Ravi and the entire Morgan staff for giving me & my family top tier service & a experience to remember

I loved everything about it

We like the pool, hot tub (by pool area),location, the shower and the balcony. We ate mostly off the property, but we did order room service and it was really good.

Firstly, I didn’t like that you don’t get a complementary drink upon arrival, most properties we’ve been to have done this . We didn’t like that the AC is not fully controlled by the room but centralized system by the property,we kept calling to turn it on because we were really hot at one point.To get on and off the property is a bit of an inconvenience sometimes, for example, if you’re going on a date night, I would be recommended to take a cab off the property, if not, you will probably get sand water in your shoes .I also felt like for the price, upgrading rooms should include a tub. Overall a beautiful property, but I do believe that they should have an all inclusive option.

The room and view were very good. The sound proofing was excellent and much appreciated. The Salt restaurant was very nice and the wait staff were excellent. The presentation of the food was lovely and the drinks were delicious and pretty. We appreciated the nightly Specials of food and entertainment.

The mirror placement was not useful. Would have been much better IN the bedroom. The bathroom needed many more SAFETY updates. I especially did not like the type of shower door used. Much prefer closed shower doors.
