This was our third visit to St Martin in as many years and we absolutely love this resort. We previously had stayed in two different resorts in Simpson Bay which were also very very good but this one is now our favorite. I was worried about the possible noise from the club next door but there was no disturbance in 12 days. I highly recommend!

The comfort of our bedroom and the privacy and also the pool the pool was very nice and warm and the staff members at the bar and the front desk was really nice .

What I didn’t like about the property was the room service like we paid over $100 just for the lady to change the sheets and the fact that we only got serviced once during the week and paid over $100 was not fair. I think they should work on room service cause it was a zero out of 10 and we had to fix our own beds over herself or we would have to pay $100 again for just fixing the bed. I don’t find out fair.

On our arrival we met Santa at the reception desk. She was pleasant and explained the property to us. We were on the far right side of the resort. Very quiet, no issues whatsoever. Every staff member we came in contact with was helpful and smiling. Carlo from entertainment was fun and made the activities exciting. Diane, Kenesha, and Marie at the bar were excellent servers, and pleasant. Jimmy from the restaurant was a favorite as well. Wonderful vacation. Beautiful views and stunning sunsets.

It would have been better if we were able to stay longer. We will be back soon.

The apartment was spacious and modern. Very comfortable for two couples. The amenities met our needs. Some good restaurants within walking distance

The sea was turbid. You couldn't see past your knees, with seagrass within 5 to 6 m, after entering the water

The property was clean and the staff were great . I made a request for a room in a particular area and they were able to put us there which was a great help.

There was nothing to not like- everything was great

Hotel was great as usual. Staff were friendly and very helpful. They were able to meet my requests for a particular room.

The extractor fans in the bathrooms didn’t seem to work so well and the bath towels could never dry.

The location, the beach area, the pool and walk up bar, the view.

The only negative is that it is across the street from a bar/restaurant and they play extremely loud music late into the night. It’s crazy how loud it is. Extremely hard to sleep. That is a huge negative for most people.

Very close to airport and we were only there overnight. It was perfect for a party of 11. We got 2, two bedroom rooms. Perfect and they were right next to each other. The view amazing and had a lot of amenities for the kids.

It could be considered loud on a Friday night. A lot of clubs and Resturant’s. Music stopped around 2am

Staff was friendly When check in was later, i was compensated with a later check out to make up for it. Very much appreciated. I was even called by the supervisor...that toped it off. The room exceeded my expectations. Clean and very well maintained. Alll rooms have the best views. Breakfast in not included but you can breakfast from a 3rd party side the pool so that was fantastic. All amennities are also available in the room to do your own thing. I would recommend staying at this property and i will be backkk. The staff are attentive and listen and act to your needs. Perfect property

People friendliness and courtesy. Incredible value for my Canadian dollar, superb location to almost everything I needed.

Beach ( section in water)) was rather stony. Had to head away from premises to e joy better beach, but was not a big deal
