This hotel and all the staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so helpful, super friendly and kind. I love anything and everything aviation, so the fact that I could watch planes fly pretty much over me in a beach chair, while in the pool or just having walk a couple of hundred feet to the runway, was AMAZING! If you love planes, you will LOVE the distance from the hotel to the famous area where the planes fly over Maho Beach! Best rush ever!!! This was one of my bucket list items and this trip crushed it!!! The views were amazing from our room and the room itself was so nice. We had a full kitchen, which made it nice if we did not want to go out and eat, and we could go to the little grocery store down the street and cook our own food. The staff made sure that our room was cleaned and had fresh towels daily and kept everything nice. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. Would definitely go again and highly recommend!

NOTHING, all was amazing!

As only 1 km away from the airport, we walked with our carry-ons to the hotel, which is located at Maho Beach right at the end of the runway. We arrived 10 am and could directly enter the room. It was a spacious and bright room with a separate bedroom. There was a fully equipped kitchen, seating area and bathroom. All clean. A nice balcony looking out on Maho Beach, the pool and the approaching planes. The pool is clean and there is direct access to Maho Beach. Towels are available at the hotel. There is also a restaurant onsite and several more can be found in the area around the hotel as well as other stores and casinos. The gym of the adjacent hotel can be used and you can rent a car there as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well is the 24/7 security. We could checkout 1.5 hour later as we had a late afternoon flight. Good value for money. We would stay again.

The only dislike were the AC's (living room and bedroom), that could not be turned off. You could only change the temperature but it seemed that the AC would turn on and off whenever it felt like it. Due to the noise it could be a bit inconvenient at night.

This resort is amazing. The view was the best part of it all. The staff was super friendly. The receptionist, security, and room attendants. Everyone was super warm and welcoming. Another amazing thing about this place is the fact that everything was in close proximity. A variety of amazing restaurants to choose from, supermarket, casino... everything was a walk away. I will definitely be coming back in the future. Exceptional🤗

The hotel apartment was great; equipped with a good kitchen, good bathroom, comfortable living area with a dining table and the beds are really comfortable. We slept so well at night. The units are well isolated for sound too, we were never bothered by noise from the outside. Great pool and restaurant, and easy access to the beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas.

Our stay was amazing. The cleanliness, the comfort, the housekeeping, the front desk, all were great to us. The location was amazing as It was a group of teenagers. So we were close to all the perfect places like beer garden, moonbar, mullet bay beach, etc.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly especially the room cleaning women (housekeeping), The grounds are clean and well kept, the onsite restaurant (Tortugas) is very good, we stayed for 10 days and ate there at least once a day. We enjoyed watching the airplanes taking off and landing so close to the hotel and beach.

Did not like the small beach, did not like the 2-towel limit at the pool and beach.

too many air conditioning units for a 1-bedroom apartment. 1 of them leaked into the top shelf of the closet safe in closet needed to be replaced while we were on vacation

Excellent location, especially if you love to watch planes landing and taking off, it’s quite extraordinary but my wife loved it, Reception were great, especially Donette, who helped us as our luggage had been left in Paris by Air France. We had a double room, very spacious, nice balcony with views across the bay, good cooking facilities and great air conditioning ( which was needed)also very clean Great pool with access to a private beech and the Tortue restaurant which serves great food with stunning views We were a little disappointed with the local choice of foods, which were quite expensive, 5 usd for a portion of chips And was very Americanised which was a shame. A nice place for a weeks relaxing stay

The lady at the front desk that checked us in was SO nice, well informed and always smiling when we saw her. All of the staff were very welcoming and smiling throughout our stay. It’s in perfect proximity to the beach, grocery store and restaurants.

The fact that the hotel is adjacent to some very nice shops,bars,restaurants and casinos. It's like a little Las Vegas.

The fact that the hotel had a very complicated doorlock for the room I booked. Another negative was the fact that the hotel is situated next to a very busy and noisy airport.
