The location was great. We used the bus system instead of taxi. Supermarkets, restaurants and the beach were walking distance. So I actually felt at home. So I'll definitely be back.

There were a few things I didn't like,but I wasn't bothered. Dishwash liquid should be refilled every other day since there's a full kitchen(tiny bottles were provided). The dishwasher was up n running, but i didn't feel like using it every day. Housekeeping didn't come by every day to clean,so I'm suggesting a dust pan with a long handle and a proper mop bucket would work. A toilet brush should be provided so guests can maintain hygiene. Upon arrival to the room,interior cleanliness 10/10. But the balcony was a little dusty,but that's normal.Apart from that, everything was great.

We were very pleased with our 12 day stay at the Atrium. From the front desk staff, housekeepers and maintenance workers everyone was there to please their guests. Rooms: 4/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 Rooms The king size was bed was very very comfortable. The other furniture appeared to be fairly new as well. The rooms show some wear but the cleaning is done daily and everything was very clean. Nearby activities The beach chairs and umbrellas were so nice to have included with the stay. Also the pool was very adequate to lounge around and take a cool dip after being in the sea. Safety We felt very safe in the area. Walkability Perfect location for walking to many fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, casino’s and nightlife. Food & drinks The greenhouse and buccaneer are right next door with many other great options close enough to walk to. We liked the location, close to everything I needed and walking distance to family. The staff was very friendly and professional. Even my kids made a remark how wonderful they are. It was worth the price we paid and enjoyed our stay very much.

Just the scent of weed we had the last 2 days. There were some hotel guest that were smoking weed and drinking a lot of alcohol by the pool. This was not healthy for my kids as my eleven year old son could also not take the weed scent. He was complaining about it all the time.

The location was perfect. Close to everything and also beach access which is hard to find in this area. The pool was rarely busy so it was easy to find a chair no matter what time we made it down. They also had very flexible dates for check in and check out. The room was very spacious.

We might try a beach view next time but our room on the corner had a good view and also a great breeze which I don't think the other side of the building would have. Plus we got to see all the fireworks happening across the island from our room so its worth it.

The atrium is an older but very well maintained and renovated hotel in the heart of Simpsons Bay. You have all the restaurants, bars and amenities at your doorstep whether you want to eat out every night or want to buy groceries and cook in the room. The pool and small gym are very clean and well kept and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was huge, clean and terrific if slightly dated (ie not enough outlets and no charging stations fot phones).

The location is great. Easy access to shopping, entertainment and great food.

Pool is small and needs a good cleaning

We have time share for over 35 years and our place couldn’t accommodate us for the price we paid at the Atrium. It is a lovely place close to great restaurants and we really enjoy the beach at the Atrium. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again.

We are getting up there in age so we found the stairs going to the pool a little problem . But not enough to keep us in our room.

The gym had a decent amount of equipment for a hotel gym. I definitely made use of these facilities every day of my stay. The coffee shop run by Marlon was also fantastic. Not only did his menu offer protein shakes, but he was open during the shutdown that we experienced during the tropical storm and was able to provide snacks and beverages. The location and proximity to the beach and several restaurants and grocery stores is fantastic. Overall, I had a great time at this property and would certainly come back.

Some areas are a bit dated and could do with an update. The rooms were extremely comfortable but did have an outdated feel to it.

I love that is in a very good area, close to supermarkets and entertainment centers, also cafeterias and restaurants. We took public transportation to go to Maho beach and came back the same way. The aesthetic was very pleasing, the room had modern touch with many amenities such as kichennet, with full fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher and full stove. Was very convenient and comfortable. 10/10

The Ac on the elevator was not working. 😮‍💨 it’s the only thing I can say that didn’t meet my expectations.

Can't bet the location - steps from the beach and there are two restaurants right adjacent, plus many more in walking distance. We were able to walk to just about everything we wanted to do - boat trips and excursions leave from various points close by. Loved the free shopping shuttle to town! our room was very spacious, the kitchenette came in handy and the balcony was great for having breakfast and enjoying the beautiful view. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

if you like to sleep with your windows open, it's noisy - loud music from somewhere nearby on weekends until late. But all we had to do is close the windows, so not a big problem.
