Radisson Blu Resort Jizan

My stay at Radisson Blu Resort Jizan was exceptionally wonderful. I stayed there to take my SCFHS consultant's online examination. From the moment I walked into the reception area, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. I met Mr. Ibrahim Dabbour (the Operations Manager), and he graciously upgraded my room to a superior room with beautiful views of the pool, also inclusive of breakfast. Mr. Ibrahim also ensured that my laptop was connected to their high-speed ethernet line. My sleep was very refreshing, their hospitality put me at ease and in the best frame of mind for my examination. The internet access is top notch and I passed my SCFHS examination with flying colors. I'm grateful to the entire team, and in particular to MR. Ibrahim Dabbour for being a part of my success story. I'll recommend your hotel to my colleagues in a heartbeat. Many thanks, Love always.

I liked everything about the hotel, the ambiance, cleanliness, staff attitude, internet access, etc. everything was great.

Location and comfortable

When you move in the corridor you smell uncomfortable odour until you reach your room also the room itself you found same odour, it is due to closed cycle of air-condition and may be from high humidity in Jazan. It must find a solution to clean air-condition and refresh the cycle periodically and use perfume. The breakfast is good but it is expensive against very low varieties.

Location was good. close to the beach. decent staff

Breakfast limited option, not great as Star hotels. waiters were not active to speed up the service. less staffing in restaurant. coffee shop price are sky rocket ( room service) coffee expensive than Star bucks. Bathroom doesn't open full. wrong architect design. Linen needs replacement.

I liked the facility, the spacious building & rooms, the location, and staff kindness.

I didn't like the cleanliness of the room. It was clear how the carpet was not vacuumed well, the tables and tops were not cleaned well and you can notice the sticky and greasy spots, not to mention the streaks on tables and mirrors.

the room with sea and pool views are very nice, spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff is friendly. the swimming pool is very nice, clean and was quiet at the time we went in morning. the breakfast offers good choice of tasty food

It was difficult to find information in side the room, on hotel facilities, general information. It might be available on TV, but difficult to find. Moreover, there is no information on which number to call for room service...

Location good, ambience good

The basic amnesties like brush paste were not there and we called and got it immediately. Need to change the breakfast menu, been visiting this place many times, they have the same menu. Need an indoor pool

Room was very good, spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, location is great, lots of coffee shops and corniche is next to you, malls are 10-15min away, showers is great, didn't try out the breakfast as it was a one night stay

spacious and spotless rooms. attractive view. relaxing ambience. cleanest sheets. delightful and helpful staffs especially the receptionist who gave us an upgrade.

the food didn't level up to the overall feel of the hotel. Please alternate at least two sets of menus.

The staff were friendly and let me early check-in, and upgraded my room from Standard to a room with view with the same price. The room was spacious and clean. The view was fantastic. I reserved the room to do an important online meeting and have some privacy, and my choice of Radisson Blu was just right. Highly recommended.

The hotel’s location is very strategic and the staff was so friendly. The location of the hotel is summing all things you may require. Everything you need is nearby!

The furniture (carpet) may need cleaning or renewing.
