The hotel is quite old and it shows its age! It is a kind of communist hotel. Small rooms with bathrooms with no ventilation. A very old air conditioner. But all in all, the hotel offers very good prices, I think that they are also aware of all these drawbacks and offers very good deals. Nowadays it is hard to find a hotel room for less than 60 Eur including breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, this is quite reasonable, but the breakfast room is very small for such a large number of guests. It was really a fight to get something to eat.

Most disappointing is the pool area. Such a great oportunity of having thermal water but being messed up by the very bad service and infrastructure. For example, there are some old chairs, most of them broken and old. The pool area is also quite dirty. I can say that one day I was tanning standing up and another day I was standing on the grass next to a very noisy device.

Very clean and elegant hotel with a privileged position in the city, nicely furnished room, rich breakfast, friendly staff. Thermal water pool. In the room you will find shoes and a bathrobe.

Parking does not have enough space. It is for a fee but this detail was clearly indicated on booking.com. What is more unpleasant, for the parking the invoice / receipt is not issued so you cannot settle. I suggest that the price be included in the hotel bill.

Located very close to the historic centre, has a swimming pool with free access for the hotel guests, private parking, generally nice rooms, confy beds. Good for business and leisure too.

Some elements of the room could benefit from a makeover (doors, some furniture etc), they look and feel oldish...

We had a lovely room with a balcony which had a view over the river.

The running water had a very unpleasant smell - a sulphurous smell like water in thermal pools. After showering, our bodies still smelt of this water. We have stayed here several times over the years but have never experienced this. However, we still feel that we had a good stay in our spacious, pleasant room.

Even if the hotel has a slightly outdated look, it is still comfortable and with decent services. The hot water is at an extremely pleasant pressure/flow rate, the bed is comfortable, a quality breakfast, good positioning.

The staff at the reception is rude, lacking a welcoming attitude, making you not feel welcome.

- Swimming pool was good - There we’re 3 elevators, so we only waited for a bit every time using it - The location is good, the view was nice I’m giving it an 8 because we paid almost half compared to what we would have paid to other 4 stars hotels with swimming pools.

- Bathrooms seriously need some renovation - The fridge is an old one that doesn’t make your drinks cold, it’s only used so food don’t go bad - Windows can’t be opened, room smelled bad after 2 days

The room was spacious, clean and the toiletries were ok. Coffee / tea making facilities in the room. The towels were high quality and everything was very clean. The staff was very welcoming, very kind (the receptionist welcomed me in the middle of the night, with a warm smile and a lot of patience), and the check out was smooth. I highly recommend it :)

I had a short stay and no unpleasant experiences during this time. Cannot say there was something I did not like :)

We were upgraded to one of the newer rooms, so the furniture was new - but the decor wasn't extremely tasteful. It's also located pretty close to everything.

The bathroom is quite dated and could really use an upgrade.

We couldn't eat breakfast beacuse we didn't wake up in time. The room was clean and the staff was nice. There is parking place for the hotel.

The hotel is a bit oldie. The shower head wasn't working.

I already knew the Continental Forum and chose to come again to this very nice hotel. My room was splendid and overlooked the river banks.

The bar didn't seem to do very much business and seemed closed most of the time!
