it was nice and clean

the staff upon check in. I was in line to check in and I was told I didn’t have a reservation and was told to get out of line. it was very embarrassing. I had to call booking.com and my reservation was confirmed. after waiting almost an hour the manager on duty came back and instead of checking me in herself she just pointed me to another line to check in.

The room was clean and spacious. I noticed there was no "do not disturb" door tag. Location was very convenient and had easy access to highways.

The parking fee was too much $27/night. Diana (at about 10 PM, front desk lady on 7/8/2021) informed me that I MUST check out at 11 AM on 7/9/2021. I was not happy about it because earlier in the week when I called the hotel's front desk regarding the check out time I was told it's 12 by another. When I came down on 7/9 at 11 AM and inquired about the check out time from Sarah at the front desk, she informed me it's at 12. Sarah was very polite and friendly, offered water and cookies for the ride back. Diana was rude and not friendly and SHE SHOULD NOT BE AT THE FRONT DESK!

Valerie was amazing and showed great customer service! The cookies were delicious upon check -in and the Coffee machine in the market was much needed during breakfast. It had a ton of options.

There was pet hair in-between the sheets when I pulled them back. I actually left it in the room when I checked out and I have a picture of it as well. When walking In the room, the bed looked pulled together. I jumped in that night and felt like something was biting me so of course I pulled all of the sheets off and was able to see the hair.

I like that there’s a bar, pool, and contactless entry

they’re misleading they tell you all rooms have balconies online. you have to actually select a room with a balcony if you prefer it

a well kept property, the staff was very nice and helpful. the location of the hotel is perfect and a walk away from a variety of cool spots.

the vending machine gave me a busted soda! had a good laugh about it wasn’t very upset!

When I searched online for information concerning parking, I could not find any information.

Please explain in detail hour to get out of the parking lot with the scanner. It was a little confusing.

Everything was fine. Location was great, hotel very nice, staff friendly and professional. We had trouble with toilet n someone came to fix it fast n efficiently. I would stay there again. Also I enjoyed the hospitality cookies, there're warm n tasty.

I didnt too much care for the cost of parking it should definitely be free or cheaper with us being guests. Didnt know the hotel offered free wifi when i went to sign onto internet i had 2 options of paying for it no free option & it was per day not the whole stay. One of the knobs on stove began to smoke when turned on & it could use better vents because the smoke alrm kept going off & it wasnt even smoky. Also when the guys valet cars they need to move them over enough so people can get through to self parking because the vehicle bay isnt very big with all the other cars being valet.

Great Location! Within walking distance to food and entertainment.

The amenities did not match the price. Coffee or tea available in the mornings would have been nice.

loved the 2bedroom suite ! the full kitchen was everything. The staff was excellent I left my phone on counter. The receptionist called up to my room immediately and told me I had left my phone. Location was GODLY!!!!!!

There was not anything that I did not like. My stay was conflict/issue free. Will definitely book again when I travel to Houston.
