Hotel Ibis Lisboa Sintra

Parking available free at the facility if you park at the same level of the hotel. Parking is paid if you use the underground facility of the hotel. Breakfast was extra $$ but as it is at most of Portugal is it is plentiful with lot of choices. This place even had a orange juicer where you can yourself squeeze your own orange juice in the morning (the hotel furnishes the oranges). They also have an automated pancake maker. All you have to do is press a button and after awhile out comes a piping hot pancake. This is a standard iBIS hotel room with the built in bathroom in the room.

This hotel was selected because of the proximity to Sintra. but you still would have to travel quite a bit before getting into the main attractions. Also there are restaurants facilities nearby the hotel for a meal, since it is located in a somewhat industrial area. Auchan supermarket and other are about a 5 min drive by car. Although if you drive 5 minutes in other direction you will find a very good steak house. It is jewel in a diamond restaurant located among the many private housing facilities

Absolutely perfect stay from start to finish. My room was spotless and on a 4 night stay my room was cleaner to an excellent standard. The breakfast was fantastic and loved that it served until midday. I arrived early and so sent a messages to see if I could check in to which I had a very polite message back agreeing for me to check in at midday. The WiFi was fab and I couldn’t hear anyone else from my room. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. As a solo female traveller visiting family I felt very safe here and the location was fab for Lisbon, Sinatra and cascais. I plan to stay again alongside my family in the summer!

The hotel managed to provide 2 rooms next to each other according to my previous request upon booking. The breakfast was fine, however it was always exactly the same, so after 3 days it was little bit boring... The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the receptionist and other service people were kind and helpful. The underground garage is large and its price is very reasonable (3 EUR / nights).

The rooms are extremely small, there are no refrigerators. The surrounding area is very noise, lots of traffic even during night, if you feel like needing some fresh air and open the window you can't sleep well.

The hotel has a very good 24 hr open restaurant that you could easily dine in and relax, they serve good food as well, and that compensates the location which is far away from everything. The room is clean and in good condition, I liked it. they have many good TV channels.

The location is very far. You definitely need to take taxi or Uber. Also it is located in a very industrial area, so there no restaurants or shops nearby. But once you get in to the hotel, everything is fine.

Very comfortable bed, big table in the room which is very useful if you need to work. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The rooms have their own climate control - both heating and cooling. The room had a lot of light and nice view. The location is very good, lot of shops nearby. There are some free parking places, or for 3€ per day you can park your car inside the subterranean parking. The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Excellent service for this value!

The place is perfect for a stop in a longer trip. There is a 24-h restaurant in the hotel, food is basic, but acceptable, it is fine if you arrive late (like we did). The room is small and basic, but it was fine for a one-night stay. I would rate between 8 and 9.

Underground parking was plentiful, the Romm was very well set up and the bed was comfortable

No coffee maker in the room and no free coffee station in the lobby. A single coffee cost €1.50 and had to be paid in cash, if you did not want the complete breakfast.

We didnt have breakfast, as needed to leave early. The parking underground was very good and secure, a nice option. The staff were very helpful with a couple of requests I made.

We had a good stay for our one night stopover.

good value for money, we were staying for one night on the trip from Lisbon to the north . good location if you are traveling by car and very close to cascais and Sintra . The stuff is very good and helpful . clean rooms. it can be 3 stars .dissent breakfast but no hot meals and vegetables.

unappealing location in industrial zone, 10 to 15 minutes taxi from the town
