Excellent Hotel. Every Detail is perfect, Design of the room, Decorations, Paintings, Books. Breakfast is delicious. Pool with integrated jacuzzi is warm and beautiful. But the best about the hotel are the people. All Staff is doing a great job, I have never seen such a warm kindness in a Hotel. What an enthusiasm! Hugo gave us a lot of interesting informations about the city, and everyone was very kind and helpful. Individual service at the best. We would definitely choose this Hotel again. I wish many kind guests to all GA H. crew.

The property is absolutely stunning. Excellent location and very central to all amenities. The decor is tasteful and luxurious and a lot of attention of detail went into the level of comfort in the rooms and ambience. Didn’t have dinner at the hotel but the breakfast was delicious and the drinks were excellent. Special mention to Ana, Fabio and Hugo who all went above and beyond to enhance the stay, but the staff in general went above and beyond to welcome everyone and nothing was too much trouble. Well done to the team at GA palace.

Fantastic hotel - a true 5 star hotel. Interiors are stunning, staff are lovely, location is great. The hotel is brand new and has been finished to such a high standard. We were reluctant to book as there were no reviews (this is because it has just opened). If you have any doubt about booking - Don't its beautiful. A special mention to Fabio (hotel manager) he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, he even sorted our dinner reservations (great recommendations). He was so informative about Porto and things to do. A truly wonderful hotel in an incredible city!

Hotel was new and there were still little issues and information gaps among the personnel here and there. Nothing major and I’m sure in a couple of months everything is going smoothly already. Street side balcony was useless (way too noisy to be enjoyable).

The entire staff were extremely helpful and professional. The facilities were impeccable and new. The Hotel service was excellent and the food was very delicious. Our room was clearly brand new and very spacious and comfortable. It was very easy to walk to the shopping center, the bridge and centrally located. Ubers were easy to get and came right in front of the hotel when we called for them. I would recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

The laundry and dry clean services were not yet setup, understandable since the hotel only opened up a few weeks ago, this was not a big issue.

The hotel was absolutely luxurious— the room had wonderful towels and bedding and pillows - the best unexpected extra was a pool bag which had extra large towels - great coffee and an easy to use machine - plus wonderful toiletries. chocolates at night on the pillow. The staff was so helpful and really took care to thoughtfully answer our many questions. The location was perfect - close to the medieval part of Porto and the Luis Bridge, but not in the middle of all the tourists. We weren’t really sure what to expect with the location and it was ideal.
