Boavista Golf & Spa - Bela Colina Village

Really nice duplex with plenty of space. Very clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking outside the rental. useful to have a washing machine. loved the food and staff at the Bistro restaurant in the evening

Would really have appreciated a bigger TV in lounge and also ability to stream TV as the channels were fairly limited. Also not impressed to have to pre-book to use the swimming pool/spa facilities - we were turned away as it was 'full' - clearly needs to be more facilities as the complex develops further

the stuff at the resort, especially at La Bistro Restaurant are super nice!! they are hospital, informative and helpful. had a very joyful stay.

as we didn’t rent a car to travel, going out to Lagos town, where the main attractions are is kinda challenging, mainly used Bolt. cost 20-30€ on average per trip.

Excellent property. Very well maintained. Spacious rooms and clean. Well maintained garden and spacious patio.

We didn't get the room service for a day during our stay. We also requested the same in the reception but still it was not cleaned. Otherwise everything was great.

The apartment complex is very good. The villas are very modern, tastefully furnished and include all accessories (appliances and dishes for the kitchen). cleaning by the staff is carried out every day. Nice and very well kept outdoor pools, as are all the surrounding gardens. Towels are made available by the residence. Inside the complex there is a very nice golf course and a SPA (which we did not use)

The only thing we didn't like is that our villa was facing a construction site where other private villas are being built. Although we were often not present, every day from h. 8.00 a.m. at h. 18.00 p.m. there were a lot of noises. I would say not a 5 star treatment

Poor Wi-Fi in the villa , not able to use it . Not enough lighting in the villa , specially kitchen . Found a bunch of hair in the drain of bath tub. One of the sauna in the spa is not working , which was disappointing . Have paid extra for the service which did not get . Cleaning products used during daily cleaning have too strong smell , should pay attention to the clients with kids or the ones with allergies.

internet was not usable throughout a whole week, if you plan to work from there and need internet forget about it. misleading that there is gym but you don’t get access to it for free in “standard” bookings

A gorgeous, two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with every amenity. Our unit was a short walk to the heated pool and the La Bistro Restaurant was directly downstairs......with a daily happy hour. The menu was varied enough to satisfy both of us for several nights. Boavista also has the Club House restaurant. There is a spa/fitness area included with the rental. Massages are reduced in price. Daily cleaning is available. The television service is extended to over 200 channels. It was a special stay! And did I mention an 18 hole golf course?

The directions to reception were difficult to follow. Here they are: Enter Boavista and go through two roundabouts and then straight uphill to the sign for Bela Colina Village - at least one meter. Turn right and curve around uphill. Immediately will be La Bistro between units 8 and 9. Continue to unit 44 and you will see the reception. The only other thing I can mention is that the internet connection was sketchy at times. The staff was notified and said they would contact their IT staff but we were leaving the next day so we didn't follow up.

Great location, fantastic staff and beautiful spacious, well equipped apartment. The entire Boavista complex is very well maintained with a great looking golf course (unfortunately I didn't get the chance to play) and pools located within the various apartment complexes. Our family had a great stay and really appreciated the extra touch of a bottle of fizz and card on my birthday. I would not hesitate in giving this a 5* review if it wasn't for the fact the apartment walls and front door appear to be made of paper! You can hear every word and door slams from the neighbouring apartments echoing around as if they are in your own. On two consecutive nights we were woken by loud doors slamming and noise and I had to go out of my apartment front door and politely (kind of) ask our neighbours to keep the noise down as it was after midnight....not ideal when you have a sleeping young family. Apart from this I can't fault the resort and would not hesitate to head back again (praying for more courteous neighbours).

We had a two bedroom, two bathrooms unit, which was very spacious! It is in a very nice safe area. The condo  had all the necessary amenities. Loved the washing machine!

The bedroom furniture (head board) paint was all chipped and looked pretty bad! We were there for only 2 nights and when asked for 2 extra coffee pods for breakfast they wouldn’t give it to us. We even asked if we could pay for it and they said no! Pretty cheap! The front desk staff ( at least the person who helped us) was not knowledgeable about the area. When we asked her about the 7 valley trails which is very famous in Algarve, she said she had never heard of it!!

We have stayed a few times before. Always pleased, plenty of space, clean, good condition. Great location.

Minor, but we not not advised we were above the Bistro, so no patio access out. Had to walk through Bistro or reception to get to pool. Then managed to obtain cards for changing room access. I think gym and indoor pool access should be included as you own the properties. We paid 6€ each only to find towels weren’t included ( not advised previously) and the indoor pool was full of a school party of teenage boys so we couldn’t use.
