Park Hotel Diament Wroclaw

Good localisation - approximately half way between city centre and the airport. Great fitness centre and nice sauna. Spacious room with comfy bed. Electric kettle, fridge and coffee set available in the room. Strong wifi connection.

Lack of shuttle bus besides the fact that it is noticed on the booking.com description of that hotel. Some troubles to contact with reception via room's telephone. TV's remote control did not work. Bathroom needs some refreshment - new towels and works over the shower.

The room was spaciues, the bathroom was good too. big bed with nice bedding. Sauna and Fitness room (gym) together and with towels and water.

the fitness room (gym) isn't well equiped and not well mainted. But still it had free towels and free water. But I thik it is not a big drawback. You can still use tredmill to use some calories :)

We were arriving late - but still Restaurant could serve us good dinner. Parking is big and was no problem to park our big car. We have had Apartment - and it was just perfect. 2 toilets, bath and shower, Kid on the sofa, big terrace - all you need for good relaxed stay. Gas Station, Lidl - all are just outside of Hotel area - what was very suitable as we were traveling by car and could made our preparation for next day long trip just on spot.

DO NOT ORDER PASTA FOR KIDS!! it was very spicy. I liked it, but i like spicy food like tai or mexican, It is not about hotel - but all roads arround were under constraction and we have made 3 circles around till we have fround way to get to the hotel.

Breakfast was one of the best - really good quality, wide range of choice, fresh products, tasty. Room and bathroom were very spacious, I've been in hotel rooms that are the size of this bathroom :)

The drain in the sink was 90% clogged and water went away really slowly. That couldn't have been missed by the room cleaning staff and left a bad impression instantly making me question the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the place.

Staff always helpfull, clean rooms. Parking at property.

On Saturday night loud music from music club, which was very loud till early morning, clearly hearable in my room. Better soundproofing will be great idea.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and it wa overall a very smooth stay. Climate controls were responsive and the bathroom was equipped well.

WiFi was terrible, resorted to using roaming instead. Nothing else to complain about.

Personnel support was great. Very helpful and reactive. Quick of the reception reaction to the remarks made. Great food. Easy check in and check out.

Difficult to set TV programs. We did not manage it. Electricity outage in the morning.

Basically everything about the hotel was good.

Glad there was a little fitness room but It was too hot to do much exercise. The nearby station is only one stop from the city but trains are very irregular

quick friendly check in. clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast and check out times are great, especially with a small child.

could be slightly more choice with warm food at breakfast, although this would be the only criticism and that is really nit picking.

dinner would be good to be availabel in the restaurant after 21 h. After late check in or late coming, it would be good to have possibility to eat some nice polish dish.
