Regent Warsaw Hotel

I loved the room with park view, spacious bathroom with shower and bath. the bed and bedsheets were very comfortable and big. the room was very clean and warm. I liked the swimming pool which was big and clean and the sauna. they also have great gim.

The food was definitely a disappointment, I bought breakfasts hoping for some first quality food. It was just good but nothing out of ordinary. the orange juice was from a box (well known polish brand), the cheese from multi pack already sliced. there was nothing local from small brands. We didn’t feel that the staff went an extra mile to make the guests feel fantastic.especially not the lady in the restaurant front end. in the evening we ordered pizza and a burger. it was a disappointment as well. we were surprised that there were so little older staff, it looked like most of them were still learning.

Good location, really nice lobby and bar

Did not get the room we paid for. Booked room with 2 separate beds, got 1 bed and kind of extra bed really not meeting 5* criteria. So the room did not look like the one on pictures. Quite slow staff at the reception. Breakfast for 20 euros is way too much. Moreover, tables were not cleaned up after previous guests; had to ask for coffee 2 times and finally got different from the one ordered.

+Big room and Big Bathroom +Gym facility allowed me to work out while watching my child in the pool. And in Pool, there was a lifeguard which made me feel super safe for me and my child. +modern gym equipment +water was not cold in the pool +very nice and generous breakfast area with terrace and kind staff members -Tesla charger directly in hotel

-egg Benedict and other egg dishes on the menu card you should check one more time with international cooks how to really prepare... they were all different -room card every time blocked and I had to change it. Reception said it is because of having the card-key close to the phone, but it was really annoying at some point (reception visit in spa outfit, when in rush need to go all the way to reception back etc...) -air facility was extremely loud (I guess old as well) in my room and was hard to sleep with this on. I would expect a different one for 4*hotel at this level. -please clean gym equipment (especially mats). They are dirty and smell not so good.

I requested for early check-in through mail and received message that "not guaranteed , but if available we will accommodate. When we reached at 11.30 AM to reception from airport, i have inquired then it was told to put luggage and come at 3pm by saying that no room is vacant. When i have requested too much then the young guy at reception told me that give me 50% of the room rent in Cash then i will provide room to you. I was surprised then i have just spoken to him that I have recorded (in actual not recorded) your version and going to tell your boss and also will share to booking.com that you are asking bribe. He suddenly changed his attitude and within 2 minutes my check-in was completed. Your sincere customer Kalyan Singh

The hotel is a little old-fashioned, but it looks attractive. The staff is very nice and supportive. We came with a two month old daughter and the hotel was very comfortable for us. Our room was really big and they put a crib in the room. The breakfast is delicious. Room service is nice and fast.

When we arrived, the nearby intersection of the big streets was being repaired. Everything was blocked off, the noise of the saws was terrible. It was only possible to come and go by taxi. I understand that the hotel has nothing to do with it, but the pleasure of the stay was slightly spoiled.

Spacious room with large bathroom. Well furnished, very clean and quiet. There is a shower and a bath in the bathroom. The staff is very friendly and complaisant. At the floor level there is a bar and restaurant with great menu at an fair prices. Chicken breasts get my special recommendation :). Great gym, excellently equipped and 18m long pool. You can get the towel and slippers at the entry. There are coolers with drinking water inside. Spa zone contains sauna and hammam. Overall, great choice at reasonable price.

Couple of little things that need more attention from the staff: sometimes there were no glasses at the gym. There was the coolers with water but no way to drink it.. Sauna was closed on day for some reason without any explanation. Just switched off.

Breakfast was quite ok, and the location was just near the best walking area in Warsaw Thanks to the administrator of hotel. He helped a lot with wires to charge the buttery of our car, which unexpectedly "died"

Problems with underground parking. I got the information that the parking space will not be available too late. Ultimately, I was lucky to get a free parking space in front of the hotel. Anyway, there are some problems with the logistics of parking the car in underground parking! I had to stay in front of the barrier for 10 minutes, and there was nobody to talk to. After I had to drive the car backwards against the stream to get out of the underground parking. I was lucky that no cars were coming down.

Friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable, good choice of food for breakfast, location is fairly central - a short bus or taxi ride to the Old Town. WiFi was excellent and room serviced daily. I didn't have chance to try the spa or room service but options looked good quality. Compared to other 5* hotels in Warsaw the Regent has among the most competitive prices.

Nothing I disliked. Perhaps a wider range of choice for breakfast, and part of the carpet in the room felt as though it was not properly placed. These are not complaints but minor nitpicks.

The room and restaurant were fine. Despite its location at a very busy road junction the traffic noise wasn't intrusive although this may change when the new tram line becomes operational. The location was ideal for us because we could visit family in Mokotow a few minutes walk away; central Warsaw is about 3.5 kms/ 2 miles away but is easily accessible by bus from just outside the hotel.

This is not so much a matter of what we didn't like, more an irritation. At breakfast someone took our coffee order and it came but trying to get a second cup was frustrating. I asked for another cup of coffee and it arrived 10 minutes after I had finished my breakfast. On another occasion I asked for another coffee and it never arrived. On yet another occasion I went up to the counter and asked for a coffee then carried it back to my table. Not what you expect from a 5* hotel.

Well located. Clean. Generous breakfast buffet. Good coffee. Restaurant is excellent. Two young creative Chefs deliver a very tasty menu. Staff is helpful and provides a 5 star service.

TV reception is terrible. The Russian neighbour at work? A room for two booked and paid should have two bathrobes, two sauna sleepers and two towels. Not crucial for my positive evaluation but annoying details.
