Service: The service at IBB Grand Hotel was truly outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. They made me feel welcome and promptly attended to all my needs with a smile. Housekeeping: The housekeeping team at IBB Grand Hotel deserves special praise. They did an excellent job of keeping my room spotless throughout my stay. Breakfast: The breakfast at IBB Grand Hotel was nothing short of amazing. The wide variety of options catered to every taste and preference. I particularly appreciated the room service option for breakfast, which allowed me to enjoy a delicious meal in the comfort of my own room. My experience at IBB Grand Hotel was fantastic. The excellent service, meticulous housekeeping, and delectable breakfast options exceeded my expectations.

During my stay in the superior room, there was a door connecting it to another room. Although the door was locked, hearing someone else in the adjacent room made me feel uncomfortable. I addressed this concern to the reception, and they kindly offered to move me to another room, which I appreciated.

Great city center location, ample comfy room and nice buffett breakfast in a historic location/building. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Our "modern room" while being very spacious and well appointed, had two very small windows overlooking Plac Litewski and two huge skylights that gave great illumination to the room. Problem was, did not see any control or accesory to close the shades, and of course was woken up early sunday by the bright light coming directly overhead.

Nice room ... cool enough on a very hot day...friendly staff in general and a nice breakfast with lots of choices..It was easy enough to park in front of the hotel. Kardamon restaurant across the street was great...

The TV news channels are silly if you are an English speaker.. French and German channels for English speakers...???? Euro News is worthless..CNN is so much better and lots of us Yanks depend on it for news while traveling.. Management should consider offering it...

Location was perfect, the room was enormous but lacked a few basics like a full length mirror and a dressing table with mirror. The breakfast was excellent and we loved sitting in the courtyard. Reception were excellent and the bar staff were very good as were the drinks and food we ordered.

A dedicated parking bay outside the front would have enhanced our stay as were were a wedding party and we had taxis coming and going throughout our 4 day stay and we had a coach to take us to our wedding venue which had to double park across the road in a bus bay. Luckily the weather was good or we would have been soaked. Would stay again as a couple.

The property is located in the heart of Lublin. At the edge of Lithuanian square filled with shops and restaurants, and at waking distance (10 minutes) from the old town square. The hotel itself is beautiful. Rooms and overall decor nicely mix to bring classic and modern together. Tall ceilings. Specious and comfortable rooms. Delicious food at the restaurant and splendid drinks at the lobby bar.

There is also SPA for guests, but during my stay it was out of order due to renovations. Shame nobody informed me ahead of time. In addition, accessibility of the breakfast area is difficult for people with strollers or on wheelchairs.

-no mirror in the room (just in the bathroom) -no option to connect hair straightener in the bathroom other than to rely on long connector cables and plug it in the room (as there was no mirror in the room it was a must) -although we asked for a few room clean-ups at the reception desk when we checked in, it was respected only on the next morning (we had to repeatedly ask for it after a few days of negligence) -very limited parking space (quite understandable in a old-town building)

The grand architecture and luxurious vintage lobby and deco. The location was perfect. It was close to beautiful park and square leading to avenue of shops of all types across, and restaurants. The room was nicely cool and fresh. The beds were comfortable. The elevators ran smoothly. The breakfast area is up two small flights of stairs but manageable for me as I am elderly.

The beautiful large bathtub is not easy to navigate as it is very high to step in and out of but I figure a way safely with help.

Fantastic location in a historic building - I think in our suite it was 5-6 meters to the ceiling. Our large stone balcony was facing side street, but that was probably better as all the people out in night may make front view noise. Good breakfast that could be taken inside or in a 2 level terrace outside to the backyard.

More options for car parking administrated by hotel (on or off hotel site).

In the first when i came the room and the Airconditioner was not good but after Katarzyna went inside i got an excellent room. I would like to commend about Katarzyna at the level of praise for the attitude, explanation and service. The hotel has earned on working levels and a dedicated, nice and pleasant woman !!! Excellent!!

The air conditioner can be a little bit less degrees .

beautiful architecture, helpful staff, great location and a comfy room

canines are apparently welcome here. i wanted to stay in a luxury hotel, not a dog kennel. one owner locked her mut in her room for hours on its own, its barking could be heard on the whole floor. staff were helpful in calling said owner and eventually she came back. guest of honour at breakfast the next morning: the dog, barking and clearly distressed. will look for an animal-free accommodation next time. also the hygiene measures against covid were here - as typical in poland - bizarre and unhelpful. favourite example: the diagonal tape on the floor of the elevator marking “your space”. but hey, at least everyone disinfected their hands. positive note: the staff all wore masks.
