The location, staff and how quiet the rooms are. Bathroom is well equipped with all the necessities and there's a bathtub that I really enjoy after a long day of work.

The price of a breakfast is VERY high. If it was 30% cheaper I'd buy it definitely, but for the price they're asking (80 PLN per person) it's quite ridiculous with all the good alternatives just few minutes away from the place.

I stayed two night with my family and the stay was really good. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and treat as very well, the breakfast was amazing with a great variety of food. We really recommend the hotel if you are going to Lodz.

The coffee machine was sub-optimal during the breakfast hours. I would highly recommend to change that coffee machine to something more suitable to the rest of the hotel's quality.

The executive room we had was very spacious and well organised for a couple with kids. The other standard double room was on the small side, but still comfortable. The sun terrace on the 6th floor is a nice facility.

The bed was a little too soft for me personally and the pillow a bit too plum. It's a very long walk to the town centre, though still on the main axis of the city.

Unfortunately my stay was short and I didn't manage to use all the facilities of the hotel (e.g. the gym). I really enjoyed the location: there were lots of cafes and shops within walking distance. We came to the city to visit a concert in Atlas Arena and also could easily walk there.

The executive room we had was very spacious and well organised for a couple with kids. The other standard double room was on the small side, but still comfortable. The sun terrace on the 6th floor is a nice facility.

The bed was a little too soft for me personally and the pillow a bit too plum. It's a very long walk to the town centre, though still on the main axis of the city.

suitable place, fabulous staff, a nice room, and a bathroom. Comfortable beds and nicely refreshed rooms. Staff was extremely helpful. Parking is available for a fee. Location is great, quiet but placed right in the city center

Unfortunately my stay was short and I didn't manage to use all the facilities of the hotel (e.g. the gym). I really enjoyed the location: there were lots of cafes and shops within walking distance. We came to the city to visit a concert in Atlas Arena and also could easily walk there.

Very nice staff, they're enthusiastic to help. Breakfast was very good, tho I wish these hotels with buffets would cook their bacon all the way through. Comfortable bed.
