Premier Kraków Hotel

The room was perfectly 🥰 isolated (sound proof). I couldn't hear the next-door kids who were screaming and listening to TV so I could rest. The pool, even if it was small, was perfect! My daughter would have stayed all day long in the water if not for the trip we planned.

Internet connection was not so good 😒, I had a signal only in the bathroom (full) and near the door. As soon as you got outside the bathroom and closed the door, the signal was dropping to 0 or barely 1 tinny line. The view.. on one side, I had a view to a yard with dismantled cars, and on the other side, it had a view to an express road

Lovely, polite & very helpful staff. Nothing to much for them. Really nice sauna & swimming pool area.

The bathroom needs to work on- the shower over the bath tub is positioned poorly- to close to the end of the shower screen which makes half of the water splashing on the floor. Also the water was badly leaking from between the screen & wall- ended up throwing many towels to avoid flooding of the floor. Reported to the reception- been informed that someone will be sent to look at it, but nothing happened. So if you’re not a fan of bathing- ask for a room with shower enclosure 🤷‍♀️😉

The staff in the hotel was really nice, together with the pool area

Hotel was very far away from the city center, so we used a taxi whenever we went out. We thought at least we had a pool to relax during our stay, but I would say that pools opening/closing times, make it unavailable most of the time. F. eks, the work time is different every day. For saturday when we arrived was open only for a couple of hours in the evening, on sunday from 8 - 12 and monday e.g. from 17-21. This made it feel like if we wanted to use to pool, it was at the hotels convenience and not the other way around. I think it would be fair to open it either 2 times a day or better for the whole day especially on weekends.

I would say that the hotel is a strong 8,5. The room is your average hotel room with the all the basics. The mattresses are a bit too soft for my liking, but ok. The stuff is friendly. Access to the pool is a big plus for the price. Nice water, decent size. Happened to be rather empty during our stay.

The toiletries should be refilled more often, our soap was almost empty. We also had to ask for the slippers, since they were not in the room.

liked swimming pool and sauna, in the rooms you have gowns, kettle, cups, water, coffee/tea stickers, we had a bath tub in a room) Check out time was aloud to prolong for one our) super nice breakfasts, big choice of food.

in my room Wifi you could only catch near the door or on a bathroom, complained on it but nothing changed after unfortunately. if you like to open window in a room - it is impossible. Fridge didn’t work in a room.

The hotel is located between the city center and the airport. Despite being about 6 km from the city center, access is easy. The hotel has a very pleasant appearance with large common spaces. The hotel also offers a wide range of services, including a free sauna and an indoor swimming pool. The rooms are very pleasant in size and have all the necessary amenities for an excellent stay. The employees are friendly and helpful,

Rooms size, uber operates with good price to center

Pillow was not comfortable, breakfast price too high. In same localisation thete is two hotels one Premier one Express, but from parking area named same as Premier. This is confising, easly you can go to wrong one, loosing the time. Owner shoul fiz proper naming.

Everything was very good really, from start to end. Clean, comfortable, quiet, functional, quick processing at reception. Everything in the room worked.

The only issue I had was omelet - too raw for my taste. But other than that, the breakfast was excellent, probably the best I've ever had in a hotel. P.S. wifi signal was not so strong and I had to call reception for the password.

Breakfast was really nice and lot of options to eat in Breakfast. Only thing was missing in breakfast is Toaster. Room was quiet big enough with all the amenities which we needed. Swimming Pool was plus for us and its always nice to have in hotel.

Only thing we didn't like is the comfort of Bed Mattress. It was too noisy while sleeping.

The hotel overall is very clean, pool area is very well maintained. Breakfast is above expectations.

The windows in the room are impossible to open, the room is getting stuffy. The hotel is oriented on business travels mostly - the pool is open from 17-00, no lunch available.
